Nice location with whatever you need close by.

i stayed in the bed sit apartment. it had everything you need for a short stay. the location was great. a nice quiet estate with a parking space just outside the apartment. shops close by and the building manager was very nice and helpful. He showed me the rest of the house with 4 bedrooms and it looked very nice. my apartment was blocked off from the rest of the house.

Not much, served a purpose!

Garage conversion, lounge/bedroom, wet room/ toilet with upvc external door with half door glazing right next to bed (no privacy! No garden at all!

Good

Common area on the ground floor was spacious and homey. Cooking oil and salt, chopping board etc were provided for our cooking. The en-suite was a new part of the house. The garden was huge. The owner was very response to our requests and questions. Check-in was flexible too. Wi-Fi and tv were good.

Apart from the en-suite, the rest of the 2nd floor feels outdated and would need a refresh. However it is fine for a short stay and it is big enough to accommodate for our group.

Exceeded expectations we will be staying again

Car parking available outside on the drive (could fit 2/3 cars. Spacious rooms. Plenty plugs. There was jenga which was great for the group. There were iPhone chargers which were extremely handy and plenty of plug sockets. The sofas are recliners. The living room/kitchen/dining room is perfect for groups. Facilities were basically spotless. We would defo stay here again!! 5/10 min walk from Tesco/Aldi/Wetherspoons 20 mins from city centre Kitchen facilities were good Host also provided quick response

Pillows and beds were quite hard. Had a couple issues with the toilets. Garden and front of the house could be tidier, however due to bad weather it wasn’t an issue.

Home from home

The property was very clean, clean and conformable beds with good quality towels and bedding. The open plan kitchen dinner well equipped to cook breakfast . The lounge had underfloor heating and conformable reclining sofa and armchairs. We had good WIFI connection. The property is very close to a big Tesco store , lots of places to eat and shops

We arrived when the weather turned cold in Birmingham however in cold weather it will make a difference to find the accomodation warmer.

the rooms were very well cleaned and beds were comfortable. living room was also a lovely chill spot

it was very gold and the heating did not turn on. The shower kept changing between hot and cold water as well. These were the only downsides of our stay.

Excellent property and Location

The owners went all out to make sure we have a fantastic stay. The property is beautiful as soon as you open the front door l, the open plan living area was exactly as the picture. It was very beautiful and clean. There is enough space to move around, you can tell the living room was recently renovated, good sofas with recliner. Their is Netflix for those who will like a chill night, all kitchen gadgets are in good working condition. Nice marble flooring on the ground floor. There were coffee, tea, herbal tea, bottles of water, treats in the fridge, pot noodles, porridge, cleaning products and shower stuff. The property feels safe in a nice quite neighborhood. Their is a family bathroom and a room with ensuite.

The upstairs does need some work but you can tell that's in progress with the work they've done downstairs. The fourth bedroom can do with a proper size double bed with a better mattress and the carpet in this particular bedroom needs changing. The other rooms flooring were in good condition. Two of the bedrooms had a strong smell of cigarettes. Nothing unbearable though.
