Clean, comfortable, convenient

Convenient to Kingsbury Water (17 min drive) for parkrun. Convenient to NEC (10 min drive). Clean, comfortable. Good price when split between 3 friends. The host was very responsive to any issues.

Tea towels & dish rack in the kitchen would’ve been nice, but we made do without it.

lounge very sparsely furnished. some occasional tables and table lamps would have made nicer. proximity to the airport means it’s not the quietest place to stay.

Overall very friendly owners, kindly willing to support stay only a phone call away made the stay reassuring and comfort

the location and parking right outside the house. it’s a corner house, so had privacy.

the broken side gate between hedges was extra as there is a front gate already. that broken gate may have given easy access to dogs as there was dog turd in the front garden. there is also a broken fencing in the back garden from which easy access can be made by strangers.

Disappointing

I liked the house it was very nice and had good comfortable beds. Also the furniture was nice.

I didn’t like how the hosts treated us. We came from a different city to stay the night for new years, we unfortunately caused a few damages but we were more than willing to pay for them. The host got aggressive and started demanding we pay him directly instead of through a claim on booking.com

Good value for money and exactly what we needed for our stay

The host was waiting for us with the keys and was very friendly. The house had what we needed for one night's stay and overall it was an excellent value for money.

The house has been running only for a short period of time so there are still teething problems. But nothing major and I am sure the owners will get there soon.
