It was clean & accessible to the airport which is what I wanted

The rooms were an annex to the owners house but with a separate entrance. Access was easy into the property with good instructions from the owner. Parking was available. The room had tea/coffee facilities & were en-suite. I stayed in both rooms at the start and end of my holiday. It was close & convenient to the airport. They were basic but clean & very reasonably priced for the amount of time I was there

Nothing really. It was basic but met my needs. Perhaps could be given a bit of colour but that’s just a personal thing!

One night stay. V close to airport - 15min by taxi. It’s a house and the room is ground floor on the side of house. Helpful hosts. Clean small compact room. Tea coffee small fridge which was great. Heater in room.

For one night stay it was ok. Location in residential area so 30min in taxi to train station.

Was just what I needed, exactly where I needed it.

Was really easy to get into the property without any help and was able.to arrive late without inconveniencing anyone. The room had great facilities for one night.

A few things were a bit tired and needed a bit of tlc. For example, the shower caddy was rusty, some bathroom silica needed a deep clean.

Had a good sleep there, tea/coffee water was provided, bathroom/shower was very clean,

It was near the airport, it was very clean, had everything we needed, shower/tv/tea/coffee/kettle, comfy bed. Host was very good at communication. Although we only stayed there for a few hrs as we had an early flight the next day we would stay there again. Key box was clearly described so easy to follow instructions to gain admittance.

It was on the small side but then again the cost was good for what you got,

This property is only suitable for 1 or 2 nights at the most and are out most of the time.

This property is in a good position for visits to the Airport and the N.E.C. Room was specious Shower was good.

The access to this property is on a mini-round-about so be careful. The room where we was in room (2) was spacious but the layout needed altering. Electric sockets were in the wrong place, The bedside table only had one bedside lamp (no socket) The area for refreshments was poorly set out with no shelf to make coffee and tea. Television didn't work properly. No fire regulation instructions only on a piece of paper stating that the fire escape was a small window 4ft off the ground which occupants where to jump out of. which was locked and no key??? There was an external door that led to the outside back yard but that was locked for some reason but this was locked as well. This would have been a better escape if you were disabled. Can't understand how it passed a fire certificate?????? There was a small heater in the room that went off on a timer in the evening and never came back on. The owner/occupier said that a radiator would come on the evening but never did. The towel rail in the bathroom never came on so it was freezing. The room was also cold.

Okay for an overnight stay.

Communication from the owner was excellent. Room 1 was very clean and nicely decorated. Complimentary tea and coffee was a nice touch.

The room and bathroom are very small, I don't recall seeing in the description, but it wouldn't be suitable for two very large people. The bed was very firm, I'm sure some people will prefer this, we didn't and didn't get a good sleep.

A good option when travelling from Birmingham Airport.

Just did the one night for the airport. It was conveniently located and easy check-in instructions with private bathroom which was a bonus.

A little TLC is needed, particularly in the bathroom (things rusted etc). The road is also quite noisy, so wasn't the best nights sleep. For the amount you pay, I think this is OK - but just worth noting.

Ants, 🐜 on the fridge, and a continuous taping sound, from somewhere outside the room, but sounded like a tap dripping, but that was not the cause, I’m sensitive when being in a different environment.

I'd stay here again!

This ended up being a great choice for my one night stay near the NEC. Perfect location with parking on the drive right outside. I was really pleased with how clean and modern it was, and actually had a really good night's sleep due to the comfy bed. I didn't meet anyone but was given instructions in advance to enter the property and it was all smooth. Shout out to the exceptional Indian restaurant Jilabi, just a 5 min walk around the corner. Thanks! :-) I'd stay again next time I'm visiting the NEC, at this price.

Cosy and great facilities, but staff aren’t to trust.

Very cosy and everything provided was brilliant.

The staff or owner of the property came into our room whilst we were both getting changed without warning and saw me and my friend both half naked, which is unprofessional from them as privacy is one of the main reasons we booked this accommodation.

Comfy bed. Good shower. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, even when we self checked in very late and tried to get into his house instead of our accommodation.

Easy to find from my bus route. As I arrived at night, the security lighting was appreciated.

Perfect

I booked this property as it was cheap and close to the airport which is why we needed to stay as we were traveling early hours to the airport. When we arrived we was not expecting much but we was VERY surprised. The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, very cute and just what we needed. Massive mirror and even a little table to eat. Tv had a fire stick! There was free wifi. A fridge with a bottle of milk and 2 bottles of water! A kettle with tea, coffee and sugar! 2 little biscuits. A radiator behind the bed and a mini plug in radiator aswell. Menus in the bedside table incase we got hungry! The bed was well made and comfy and had a blanket on which was lovley and soft. The bathroom was clean and the cubord had cotton pads and cotton buds! Plenty of plug sockets, it was just what we needed for the night, flexiable check in and check out with the key in a box outside. 10/10 would recommend! Thankyou

Nice location with a clean room!

Perfect place in terms of price/quality. We arrived late at night, but thanks to the instructions, got our keys without any issues. The room was bigger than expected with hot water to prepare for a tea/coffee. Clean, quiet and cozy, 15 min to the airport. Thank you!

It's a suburb of Birmingham - you need to keep it in mind. In general, everything was perfect. Clean and quite. There is parking in front of the house. Tesco is nearby.

lots of hairs everywhere. and collecting the keys was a nightmare because the lock cover kept on getting stuck and it was hard to put it back up. It's a very cheap fix but I guess they can't be bothered to replace it.

I'm glad that the owner left a toilet set and flip-flops for us because we forgot ours. They also left us a bottle of fresh milk for coffee or tea, for which we are also grateful.

thin walls did not help to mute sounds. we could hear the neighbors in the next room when they came in the middle of the night, talking, and other sounds. as well as taking a shower several times a night, flushing the water. the facility is an extension to the owners' family house, so the sewage pipes from the house also made sounds of running water or a shower. it was extremely bothersome, especially at night, because I am a light sleeper and such sounds woke me up.

- Nothing. Wanted to leave as soon as the host made me feel uncomfortable

- Constant Noise from Either Room 2 or the traffic outside - Microwave provided but no cutlery - only spoons and kettle inside all dirty and rusty - Host was rude and told me I was being suspicious because I had two visitors come see me whilst I was back in the area and that he 'will not allow me anymore visitors' - No Iron as mentioned on booking - Shower drain full of hair and rusty wall mount

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Fully furnished. No meals supplied but had a microwave and tea and coffee. Parked my motorcycle in the front garden (hard standing). Accommodation as described. Perfect for my visit to the British Motorcycle Museum -- 11 minutes away.

The road outside is very loud even during early morning hours. A lot of modified cars that make a lot of noise. But that is more of a Birmingham problem.
