The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt well-kept. Great location with shops and essentials within walking distance.
The TV didn’t work well and could do with checking/fixing.

Beautiful property. Clean, cozy and very spacious. Free wifi was available and the manager responded promptly to calls. Smooth check in and check out process.

Nothing bad but just for clarity, the location is not exactly in Birmingham city centre. Good thing is there is a bus stop stop one minute walk away and the train station is 9 mins walk from the apartment.

Good location. Pleasant decor.
Poor WiFi, not ideal for working from home. Poor sound proofing. Poor communication and significantly delayed return of deposit
