Beautiful, modern and well-designed apartment. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Would happily stay again!

The flat itself is nice, with a lounge, large kitchen/diner, bedroom and bathroom. I loved the space. The proximity to Birmingham airport (just a 15min drive away) was handy.
The noise from the flat upstairs - sounded like a child running up and down until after 10pm at night (we had to get up early for a flight) The light and traffic noise in the front room where the sofa beds are, and the hardness of the sofa beds made sleep difficult - wouldn't affect you if you were just using the bedroom at the back. The back garden is overgrown.

Poor WiFi, not ideal for working from home. Poor sound proofing. Poor communication and significantly delayed return of deposit
