The location is great, free parking right outside the property, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, great kitchen but the jewel in the crown is Jen - the property manager. She is so helpful, very quick to respond and you feel like no matter what your in safe hands which as a solo traveller is really reassuring.

Nice big bath and shower over, hand held shower a bonus. Also iron and hairdryer provided. Nearly new and with modern cooker. Free strong wi-fi signal. Chair and table set excellent.
Apartment could have been a bit warmer - esp as it was late December. Mattress is due for a change! Toilet seat wasn't round, and a bit uncomfortable for my friend.

Lovely spacious apartment with comfortable bed and modern decor. Generally very clean. Good value for money.
There is a train line literally right outside the apartment, which is very noisy and wasn't mentioned. The instructions about how to get into the property and where to park could have been clearer (like the number of the parking space and an up to date picture of which keybox to use). There were no dishwasher tablets provided. The kettle was old and sticky and the bowls in the cupboards weren't clean. The freeview on the TV didn't work and the sofa and chair were small and uncomfortable. There was also no information about how to access the gym facilities.
