Brand new luxury apartment with free parking and gym

The property is very spacious and well equipped. It has a full kitchen with everything you might need. Its location worked well for us to visit Warwick and the surrounding areas.

The property was right next to a very noisy train line, the bed was too soft and low to the ground and the TV was much too small for the room. The property is at least three years old at this point and is showing its age (stained carpets, black mould in the bathroom, marks on the walls and blinds.) If these things were remedied and the bed and TV were upgraded, the apartment would live up to its description and the stay would have been much more pleasant.

Lovely spacious apartment with comfortable bed and modern decor. Generally very clean. Good value for money.

There is a train line literally right outside the apartment, which is very noisy and wasn't mentioned. The instructions about how to get into the property and where to park could have been clearer (like the number of the parking space and an up to date picture of which keybox to use). There were no dishwasher tablets provided. The kettle was old and sticky and the bowls in the cupboards weren't clean. The freeview on the TV didn't work and the sofa and chair were small and uncomfortable. There was also no information about how to access the gym facilities.
