Brand new luxury apartment with free parking and gym

The cleanliness of the apartment and ease of check in

This is my second time to stay at this property. It’s clean and comfortable and very secure. It is very close to the train station and local shops and it has secure parking. The bed was comfortable. Communication was great with the owner.

The place could do with basic cleaning equipment such as a mop, broom, etc. and some updated cookware would be great. It didn’t bother me but if you are sensitive to noise, you might be bothered by the train line right next to the apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment with comfortable bed and modern decor. Generally very clean. Good value for money.

There is a train line literally right outside the apartment, which is very noisy and wasn't mentioned. The instructions about how to get into the property and where to park could have been clearer (like the number of the parking space and an up to date picture of which keybox to use). There were no dishwasher tablets provided. The kettle was old and sticky and the bowls in the cupboards weren't clean. The freeview on the TV didn't work and the sofa and chair were small and uncomfortable. There was also no information about how to access the gym facilities.
