The hotel staff were very nice, hotel room felt new and clean and extremely quiet. View was amazing of Lake Hallstatt. Dinner in the restaurant at night was wonderful too.

Cot didn’t have a proper mattress, just towels stacked together
Dusty and old cabinets
Ceilings with cracks
Entire place needs a good renovation
