Charming old property and we had two lake view rooms. Hosts were very nice a friendly - great location in the heart of the town. Nicely furnished room with balconies - seem to be 3 rooms like that , the rear facing ones wouldn't be great
It's an old property so the bathrooms & toilets are shared - Bit of a pain having to get dressed to go to the loo at night! Not ideal and if the hotel was full sharing two loos & two showers of the landing could be chaos - Stairs are very steep, no problem for us but you need to be agile

We stayed in the family apartment and loved the accommodations. The rooms were very generously sized given the typical small guest rooms we’ve found in many old town properties. Very comfortable bedding. Appreciated the kitchenette as well, more than enough to have breakfast foods and snacks though wouldn’t try preparing a full meal.
Nothing negative to report. Future guests should be aware of the parking arrangements and the busy nature of the entire town during the summer. No way to get around that.

Location is within the main centre and walkable to all highlights and facilities of Halstatt. Staff are really helpful and have a good cafe downstairs.
Overpriced for a room and shared bathroom facilities. Paid £200 for a mountain room and believed it would be as shown in their pictures but hugely disappointed.
