This was one of my all time favourite stays. The staff was simply wonderful and upgraded me for free to a larger room with a balcony and phenomenal views of the lake and the town. The location was 10/10 and the breakfast was huge. I would always stay here again. It was simply magical.

We love everything about the stay. Ference and Danielle were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They even gave us complimentary welcoming cakes which was very thoughtful and it tasted very good indeed.The apt made us feel as if we were in the Frozen movie. We love everything about the apt. It’s very clean and warm. Love it.

Location is within the main centre and walkable to all highlights and facilities of Halstatt. Staff are really helpful and have a good cafe downstairs.
Overpriced for a room and shared bathroom facilities. Paid £200 for a mountain room and believed it would be as shown in their pictures but hugely disappointed.
