Great location, very clean, beautiful view. The penthouse was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was excellent.

Location, clean and comfortable
At breakfast the lady on duty was incredibly rude and disrespectful- just like the reviews state. Was death stared when dishing up and then told I cannot take the food out with me and I should be ashamed when in fact I was dishing up for two to share!! Have the decency to ask and not judge and in fact buffet is “ help yourself”otherwise don’t offer it!! Very unpleasant experience- never ever have we been spoken to like that at any accommodation or restaurant. Such a shame as it’s a beautiful hotel!!

The property was super easy to find. Nice and cozy location and perfect for a good quiet sleep while also close to the center of Hallstatt.
The staff was super polite and helpful and the facilities were amazing!

Breakfast was ok.
The lady that I guess was the owner. She was very rude. I would say even racist with tourists.
