Room was very new and beautifully decorated. View from balcony was outstanding.

Breakfast was basic and considering the temperatures nothing was kept chilled or covered from flies. Staff were ok but not very welcoming. Strange being quite desperate from the main guesthouse building. Air conditioning wasn’t great.

Buffet breakfast. Location is within the city center, near Shops and Restaurants. The room is spacious.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, shower and bath were good as well, decent size. The breakfast was the typical German spread and was very tasty, including a boiled egg in a cup. The location is perfect, right in the middle of old town and shuttle from parking to and from hotel included at check in and out. Very seamless process, take a ticket, park tour car and then take shuttle to hotel, shuttle takes you to parking garage at checkout.

With the exception of the check in and out staff, host for breakfast and in the dining room were not very friendly abrupt, but just short of rude.

Clean and quiet place, easy to get to from there the Hallstatt shuttle drops you off. Comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, a good impression since I went there after reading the online reviews and basically expecting nothing. If you expect nothing, you will not be disapointed.

Advertised as very good breakfast on Booking.com. May I ask where is that very good breakfast, because for sure not in this place. Minimal options and if they run out, they run out. They will not bring more from the kitchen. No eggs for breakfast, just some ham, cheese and yogurt kept at room temperature because it is only summer. No AC in our room, could barely sleep at night.
