Everything as expected we got what we paid for only gripe no car park facilities nearest multi storey 10 minute walk but I have problems with walking. Plus 40 pounds car parking extra expenses if you don’t use car 19.00 a day if u do.
Information on where we could eat with a dog everywhere we asked said no even for a drink and they were empty 2 places Philly’s and on last day The Galleon on chapel street was wonderful food and service pit never knew at beginning of stay

The location is amazing. Room was clean. Nice coffee station
There was no heating in the room, although a quick text to the host, and she got us an oil heater - the only thing was our room was very small as it was, and this took us some valuable floor space. It was our fault for not checking but the room is dog friendly and it did have an odour of this
