beautiful guest house. Excellent hosts and super comfortable rooms

The rooms were super comfortable and had everything you needed in them, larraine was amazing checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were looked after The place is a short walk to town so perfect for going out Very clean and tidy, bathrooms have toiletries in them which was great Me and my boyfriend have stayed several times and will definitely be back, definitely a lovely, quiet place to stay with all the shops within walking distance ☺️

Great hotel and host..Most definitely staying again

Cannot speak highly enough abt Lyn Hill. Mum and I will most definitely be staying here again..From the friendly greeting from the lovely, most genuine lady called to Laraine to the clean and comfortable room. The location for dereham town centre and morrisons for breakfast is just a short walk away...Was a perfect stay..We really did enjoy it.

Lovely host, great location and room everything we needed.

Lovely, welcoming host who accommodated us as a very last minute booking. Location was perfect for us and the the twin room was just what I needed for me and my teenage son. I was a little apprehensive about the shared bathroom but this wasn’t an issue at all and the provision of a sink actually in the room made this even better.

Wifi not consistent signal in the room we were in.

Great welcome, even though I appeared hours early. Flexible-happy for me to park on the premises before my stay. Good location- you can walk to most facilities from the guest house.

The owner was lovely and spotless clean.

Squeaky bed, thin walls and doors. Sounds travelled. Other guests trying bedroom doors at 2am. Not the fault of the owner, but she did apologise.

The room was very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean bathroom. Lynn was very helpful and kind.

Lovely, comfortable guest house which I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I received a very warm welcome from Lorraine which was really appreciated. My room and ensuite were spotless, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee etc and bathroom toiletries. Just a short level walk into Dereham town. Plenty of parking.

It would have been even better if breakfast was available, if only continental.

Was not sure with it being so close to the main road, but found a warm welcome and very quiet room

Larraine is wonderful, maybe a friend for life 😁 Nothing was too much trouble! Her customer service skills are exceptional! The location is absolutely ideal, so close to the on ramp for the A47, great private parking too!

For the price, I would have liked that bathroom to be ensuite, but how hard can it be, to pop to the next room, and when I was staying I was not aware of anyone else using it anyway.
