Great room. Very quiet and comfortable. Stay spoilt with breakfast arrangements.

Good place to stay. The room was very well kept and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the communication ahead of the visit was very clear and concise. The shower was also very good with hot water and good pressure.

Breakfast was served in a room where you have to go outside the main building and all the way round to the back. When I got there, a limited spread consisting of bread, fruit, yoghurt and cereal was available. Milk and orange juice were in the fridge. On the second day, i noticed that the same milk that i had consumed on the day before was in the same jug without a lid. Needless to say, there was a white line in the jug....

Good accommodation at a reasonable price.

Location of the property was ideal for our purposes as it was very close to a wedding function we attended. Pleasant rural surroundings

The built-in room radiator wasn't working but there was a portable convector heater in the room which we used throughout. The continental breakfast was adequate, but the breakfast room itself didn't have any (obvious) heating available.

Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing due to poor cleanliness and upkeep.

It was close to Snetterton circuit

During our stay we had to remove 6–8 beetles and additional spiders from the room, which was very unpleasant. The cleaning had clearly not been done properly — it just didn’t feel clean or fresh when we arrived. We could not walk on the floor without socks. The bathroom was particularly poor: the shower was inside an old tub we had to stand in, the fixtures were dated hence did not work properly and there were cobwebs, giving the impression it had been left unattended for some time. Overall, the place did not feel clean or comfortable, and unfortunately it fell well below expectations. Very disappointing experience. Too expensive for the price we paid.

Good comfortable room and shower . Close to local pub with good food.

Liked the location , close to Snetterton Circuit. Within walking distance of a local pub , went twice , food very good Plenty of room to park car and trailer. Nice room large shower .

Continental Breakfast provided was minimalist, only the basics were provided. Second day of our stay we went else where. Room was too hot could not turn the heating of . No clear obvious instruction on Wifi . Widow in room difficult to close.

It suited us perfectly for the one night. The location, the room & the breakfast were all great.

We were very much left to fend for ourselves at Breakfast- which suited us very well. There were no staff present but all the facilities to sort ourselves out were available- cereal; bread/toast; butter; jam; milk; fruit juice; fruit; yoghurts; coffee/tea; water; kettle; microwave etc. A continental type breakfast which was more than adequate for our needs.

The room was very hot when we arrived due to a radiator being on & we struggled to turn the radiator off but it sorted itself out within about an hour so we were fine. There was also a fan provided for the room which was helpful.

I’m 26 years of age and stay away a lot for work, I’m not fussy at all but I will never stay here again.

On the outside it was nice. Inside, not so much!

We needed a bed for the night, which we got, and it was clean and comfortable.

Basic toast, cereals and fruit. Juice, tea and coffee provided. All help yourself, no staff to be seen.

There was no face to face with the owner or manager. Maybe a basic quick hello from someone. The WiFi was so poor we could not connect in our room as it was not strong enough.

Mixed- lots of postives spoilt for me by a couple of important negatives

I will try and give a balanced view. The positives-the location and grounds are ideal, the whole facility, bedrooms were very clean. The bed was very comfortable with a good mattress The room apart from the bed was a little utilitarian and the small hand basin with a shelf above was a joke and prevented one washing properly- I am over 6foot tall

My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was described as Continental. I live on the continent and this breakfast has cured and fresh meat, cheeses, pastries, fruit, cereals etc. The breakfast was not continental and the absence of fresh coffee was for me a major issue. I had to eat out every morning. There was no contact with staff and the room was not made up daily. I know they say it is to respect privacy but I think personal service is important for a business but I suspect the business is following a “minimum cost” model

Great property, comfortable beds and easy check in

Location was fantastic for us as we were racing at Snetterton Circuit. Rooms were tidy and comfortable with heaters provided as it was a particularly cold evening. The breakfast was ok, Not the most choice or quality items but it wasn't the worst breakfast I've ever had, I think could be better though.

Guaranteed good night's sleep in this quiet, country location.

Lovely warm room on arrival on a cold January evening. Bags of hot water. Excellent Wi-Fi. Quiet location, so an excellent night's sleep in a very comfortable bed. Plentiful supplies for the tea/coffee-making facility. I very much like the self-check-in / self-check-out routine here. I'll be back later in the year!

Cheap with a pool but not as grand as the name suggests

Cleanliness not great, very dusty lamp, unpolished limescale taps, shower had brown water marks round the edge of tray. The shower had two temperatures boiling or freezing. Breakfast very basic, not really worth including.

Beautiful stay

The place is beautiful, we had the perfect rooms. And enjoyed the pool after an evening out. The staff phone me earlier in the day before check in and were so polite.

The only downside was the awful pillows, one minor thing.

it was dirty inside the room and it was not worth nearly 200 pounds for the two rooms for one night and we did not see the owners the only person we saw was the clean the next morning at breakfast and the was not really much chose for bread and ceral so I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone anit definitely not a 4 * place

I thought it was excellent value for money. Everything was in good condition. The decor was very attractive. Bed especially was lovely, very comfortable and spacious.

Property no maintenance done since last year. Getting really scruffy with leaking roof dripping into buckets catching water in where expected to eat. Stained old curtains by tea making table old marked carpet from last few years wear room 2.Toilet struggles to flush. Scalding hot tap in sink. Broken plug chain. Old shower curtain stained along bottom same as before !. No sound proofing between walls. All a bit sad really. Odd walking past family's windows etc no privacy for them or guests without closing blind. Only went there as near friends in Attleborough. Pools misleading info on website as its tiny limited use. Parking was awkward due to rain so too muddy to park on grass.. left day early as depressing seeing general lack of maintenance and neglect especially round patio area. Nice property going downhill.

location was good for us. 2 rooms close together

rooms uncomfortable, walls paper thin. Heard next door's tv above ours and every snore and cough no housekeeping breakfast worst ever - could not even be called breakfast they should be ashamed We left after one night when actually booked in for two. Don't even think they noticed.
