Clean and comfy and swimming pool

Bit isolated had to get an uber for food and didn’t see any staff the whole trip

room was lovely, views nice, the one person we saw was pleasant and friendly

Needs a reception area, felt we were on our own and left to ourselves, breakfast tables were just for two - didn't cater for groups/families, breakfast was not a continental one - just cereals and toast

It is in a perfect location, lovely gardens and was very clean and a nice set up with rooms accessed from the grounds. I also enjoyed an early swim in the pool which was lovely.

Everything was great and I was sleeping deeply until I was woken by a loud crash at 1.30am. I could see something glowing on the tiled floor and was quite scared. On investigation I found the smoke alarm had fallen off the ceiling! It was broken so I left it on the side. I wanted to tell someone but no one was around. Also, in the unmanned breakfast room it was disappointing to find noone had received my message, I had sent through the booking, requesting gluten free option for breakfast. As well as no gluten free bread or anything, there was only a few yoghurts, all the same make, cereal, a bowl of apples and basic sliced bread. Not even a banana! I doubt on the continent this would be considered acceptable😥
