not new but clean easy parking great location for music at UEA

Orlando was very accommodating,there was no dinner or breakfast. However, it met our needs. we were a 15 min walk from UEA, shower was functional room was comfy and tv worked.
If you're looking for a 5-star and a cooked meal, this is not for you, if your looking for a comfy room, a friendly host, and don't mind going out for food, then this is the place for you.
No shower gel, plenty of shampoo, and nice clean towels.

The location to Norwich was excellent. Good to have parking. Room was adequate, bed comfortable. Small shower in bedroom, toilet in room next door,. Owner was very helpful and lovely to have a good chat with him. We only stayed for one night, so it was just a base to sleep.
It would have been apprecciated to have tea making facilities in the room.
