Host was responsive Keys were easy to get Room 1 that we were assigned was really big Full kitchen available. Quiet area, lots of parking on the street

Bed was quite uncomfortable, very thin mattress. Check in process is a bit long winded, have to sign in all guests in and pay £50 per room in security deposit. Other guests very noisy coming and going, house was seemingly being used by a load of delivery drivers who's phone notifications were going off all night from the kitchen and we're constantly in and out of the house. May just be a one off. Strong smell of smoke in our room, empty cigarette packets were behind furniture

Great value accomodation, will definitely use again.

The price was perfect as I needed affordable accomodation after a gig. Having used this accomodation before, I knew I was getting value for money.

The guests upstairs woke me up at 4am, they were very loud and inconsiderate about leaving the property (though probably weren't aware I was staying)

Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, great for when working away being able to cook a proper meal after work. Very peaceful area great nights sleep.

Exactly what you'd expect from the description - great value

I was looking for a basic room cheap for a single night and this delviered exactly what was expected. Being able to use full shared kitchen facilities meant I saved on having to eat out for dinner and breakfast. There is no TV in the room but it wasn't listed in the facilities so wasn't expected.

No iron or ironing board in the property.

Got there, but the owner accidentally gave me the incorrect code for the keys. I called him. He was very apologetic and gave me the correct code. Once inside, the room was very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. It's a shared bathroom that didn't bother me. The kitchen provides all the basics but you will to bring your own food etc. It's close to the city and the bus service is regular. If you have a car parking can be a problem. If you're looking for a basic room to sleep and shower, this place is ideal.

Good value for price. I was looking for a cheap place. It was very quiet and clean

The matress is a bit old, the bathroom needs something for the hosts to clean (there is one broquen toitlet brush that I didn't dare using). I think the most hrad for me was not having anytjing around the place. Not even a store to buy dinner. But in turn, it is a very quiet residencial area
