Keys were easy to get
Room 1 that we were assigned was really big
Full kitchen available.
Quiet area, lots of parking on the street
Bed was quite uncomfortable, very thin mattress.
Check in process is a bit long winded, have to sign in all guests in and pay £50 per room in security deposit.
Other guests very noisy coming and going, house was seemingly being used by a load of delivery drivers who's phone notifications were going off all night from the kitchen and we're constantly in and out of the house. May just be a one off.
Strong smell of smoke in our room, empty cigarette packets were behind furniture
