We had an excellent stay at the Summer Room. It is ideally located for easy access to Norwich and the property was just perfect for our needs.

The accommodation had everything we needed, a comfortable lounge and small kitchen area, a well equipped modern bathroom and good size bedroom. Breakfast was just right, cereal, toast and yogurt. Perfect location just outside the city and best of all two lovely well behaved dogs.

What a find this is! It was just like being at home. Great welcome from Kay. This accommodation is an annex to the main house, with its own double bedroom, ensuite with walk in shower and lounge area with TV, small table with 2 chairs and a little kitchen area with kettle and microwave. Free parking space as well. Bed was really comfortable, shower was lovely, all in all a great stay.

This is the best B&B we have stayed in. Our hosts Kay and Alan greeted us on arrival and explained everything about the B&B and the local area.The property was very spacious with excellent facilities and we were able to sit out on the patio for breakfast. The garden was spacious and the location meant we were able to walk to most places.Hopefully we will return to Norwich next year and will definitely be staying here if possible.

We walked 15 minutes into the lovely downtown area for dinner. Note, if needed, the bed is a full size and the massive sofa (not a pullout) in the living room is extremely comfortable, and bedding is provided.If you're in the area and this place is available. Do yourself a favor and book it.

Only a brief stay/getaway but, this Quaint, cosy & quiet summer room was ideal. We were met on our arrival by a welcoming, charming friendly host. Showed to the room which had everything you should need. Lovely shower & toilet area between the summer room & the bedroom. Parking was not a problem either. It was just right & not an over powering place & we will certainly be staying here again.

I needed to be in Norwich for business the next day and found the Summer Room to be a lovely little space to rest up ready for my meeting the next morning. A comfy bed, good provisions and a short walk to local shops. It was then 10 minutes in the car the next morning into central Norwich. A lovely place, highly recommended.
