The Summer Room

The setting,and accommodation was very good and comfortable.

Kay and Alan are very kind friendly people who go out of there way to be helpful, suggesting places to visit, and helpful with directions. This is a different kind of place to stay you soon get use to it, it’s more continental in its way, there are cereals provided which include Muesli, Weetabix, Malties, Oats also Bread in the cupboard. A small fridge with milk and juice, butter, Jam and Marmalade. Provided are a Kettle, Coffee’ machine with pods, a Toaster and a Microwave. Plates mugs knifes forks spoons etc also provide, all used items are collected the next morning and replaced Dishwasher fresh.

If it’s not broken then don’t fix it.

Loved the location. Perfect for visiting family close to the city centre. Would also be a fab location for UEA. All very comfotable, thank you. Enjoyed having more than "just a bedroom". Appreciated the breakfast goodies - although we went out with family on the first morning! Great to have access to the garden and a chance to say hello to the doggos! Lovely hosts who were happy to chat and make recommendations too!
