Short walk to city centre, with off street private parking

Off street parking, efficient check in, 10 minute walk to city centre. Clean room, with comfy larger than usual single bed.

Bit annoying to get charged £5 for parking. Single rooms at the front of the hotel do pick up some road noise.

Lovely 3 day break, would stay here again...

The room was lovely and spacious - also clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good - I think including it when you book is best because it enables you a wide range of choices across all of the menus. The staff were friendly ....

If you want somewhere to stay in Norwich, look no further.

We loved everything about the Hotel, could not fault it in any way, great hosts, breakfast, amazing room and bed very comfy. Only a short walk into the town center. Complete value for money, I will not be staying anywhere else when visiting Norwich in the future.

Nice hotel, good location with bus to central Norwich stopping outside.

Good warm room in December. Staff were all very friendly . Nice bar area and lounge for socialising with friends. Excellent breakfast.

Most welcoming and well-located hotel with an intimate atmosphere.

Plenty of onsite parking Excellent location just 10 minutes walk from the centre. Very inviting lounges. Excellent breakfast, cooked to order with waitress service. Room was relatively large for a single, and the 'single' bed was actually a three-quarter. Would definitely be my first choice if visiting again.

Stayed for 2 nights up to and including new years eve.Great venue fantastic staff great room and very clean.Close to Norwich City we will definitely return a 10 out of 10 from me.

Lovely hotel - would come again!

Great breakfast, had a bath in our room which was a nice surprise and really comfortable bed!

You could easily hear people outside or in the corridor of the hotel. Thankfully, there didn't seem to be many people staying in that part of the hotel so it was ok for our 1-night stay.

Nice Comfortable, Hotel, good Food & Service

The Food is very good for the deal I got, the booking, included breakfast. And I must say, that the Breakfast was excellent, there was plenty of choice, the Full English was freshly cooked to order, I ordered a Croissant, I was told it would take about 20 minutes, but it was worth the wait as it was perfectly cooked and very good quality.

Even though I booked a Single room with a single bed, the room was certainly compact, and the bathroom was badly planned and very small indeed, I was surprised that it had a Bath with a Shower over it, the toilet was so close to the bath, I that my legs were touching the bath, luckily I am not a very tall man.if I was 6 foot plus, my legs would have been in the bath! I would have thought that a shower instead of a bath would have been much better in such a tiny bathroom, & I wouldn't think many guests would want to spend much time, soaking in a bath, unless perhaps it was a 5 star Hotel with extra large Suites.

Location

Room looked as if it needed a make over. Mould over the bath near the ceiling and bath panel scruffy. Not up to the standard of the other rooms in the annexes. Plus unaware they are now charging £5 per night for parking.

Excellent breakfast made to order with high quality ingredients. Proper bacon, etc. Also, great service from Diana who was cheerful and helpful

Location, parking, size of room, tasty breakfast served promptly. Check in was allowed early as room was ready. Pleasant staff. Good sized kettle and mugs in the room.

I found it impossible to get the shower to work. Something written in the Welcome Book would have been helpful. It wasn’t easy for us to use the key card - but that one is probably down to us.

Bed comfy. Room spacious and very clean. Duvet large, bathroom large too. Staff helpful and an easy walk into the city. Excellent parking, attractive quiet garden area and quieter than expected. Easy access with a key card but still felt secure.

The bath spa didn't work but parts have been sent for and should be delivered and fitted soon.The steps up to the room were OK for us but could be difficult for some travellers.
