The heatwave had caused us some issues getting to the hotel, but the staff very kindly waited a bit longer than the check in deadline and were incredibly understanding about the situation which we truly appreciated after a difficult journey in. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. I would come back again the next time I'm in Norwich!
The only thing I did find was that the room was a bit hot, however it is clear in booking that AC is not provided in rooms, but they do has a standing fan. Our room unfortunately had a window facing a direction that the wind didn't really come in via, but apart from this, the hotel really was great!

We. Didn’t have a window in our room which meant it was really dark and gloomy It was very disappointing but as we were only there for one night we put up with it
