Nice old Inn. Kitchen had technical issues the evening I was there but the staff dealt with it very well. No desk in bedroom so not a good fit for business stopover

Overall the stay and place was fine. Food was really good although breakfast eggs could have been softer. Room and atmosphere good it’s a very good location for my work. I only have a couple of issues which are simple fixes. Shelf in the bathroom for my toiletries, bigger TV as the one in the room had a broken speake which affected the sound

This is a beautifully restored very old property. The accommodations were spotless and well appointed and very comfortable. The staff was second to none in terms of customer service and being helpful. The breakfasts were outstanding, and my myself and my friends had dinner here both nights during my stay. The food and service were excellent. I highly recommend the White Hart if you need local accommodations in this area.

Very warm welcome after a long journey. So appreciated. Travelling alone the staff were genuinely friendly and took the time to take an interest in me. Moved me to a quieter room without me even asking as they had a xmas party on. Food was absolutely amazing for evening meal and breakfast. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed. Quite small but extremely cosy and warm. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

After arriving fairly late (9pm) the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They allowed me to order some food although they had already closed the kitchen which was great, and the food was superb. I had to be up and out very early so the staff kindly made me up a sandwich and snack bag as I would miss breakfast. I did struggle to sleep initially as I could here music from downstairs until past midnight but once I fell asleep it was great.

Fabulous location for visiting friends who lived in Diss. The room we had was immaculate (4) eith a super king and luxurious bathroom. Staff were super friendly and looked after us and our dogs really well. Breakfast was to a hugh standard and their diggy meals were a hit. Already to visit again.

We just returned from a 2 night stay and had the most wonderful experience, We were meant to stay in another accomodation locally which we cancelled on check-in due to issues with the property. We popped in for a drink and asked if they had any free rooms which luckily for us they did, they were the most helpful & wounderful owners and staff they made everything as easy as possible for us as we had 2 young children and we didnt have a room for the night at this point. The room was wounderful with a very comfortable bed, the most wounderful deep soak roll top bath and the breakfast is amazing. Will definitely stay here again. I also have to mention Rowan who was working at the bar and at breakfast is an absolute credit to the hotel who helped us with everything.
