Really great place for a weekend city break

Very welcoming, lovely property, nice big room with comfy bed and good bathroom. Secure private parking. Smashing freshly cooked breakfast great salt and pepper pots 😊. About half an hour walk into the city centre perfect to build up an appetite for the dozens of restaurants and bars. Merchant of Spice, excellent.👍🏻

It’s on a very busy main artery road but set back so no issue really.

The perfect accommodation to accompany a wonderful evening with friends.

Excellent location for my party, Elliot and his mother were both kindness and politeness itself and couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was both comfortable and perfect for my needs whilst the breakfast was superb. I'm also glad that I was able to support an independent family run business and this was reflected in the service and room I received.

I have no complaints or issues whatsoever.

Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay, so cosy a great welcome and lovely breakfast- fantastic choice and excellent quality. Location really good for Norwich centre coming by car, right in the bus route so no need to drive into town. Many thanks for rescuing my kindle left behind, above and beyond. Hope to revisit soon.

A very comfortable and pleasant stay with very welcoming hosts.

The house itself is very well presented. Our room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with some great choices. We opted for the full English breakfast and were not disappointed. There are so many things to look at in the house itself. The location is great as it is not too far from the town. We drove into town due to the weather but it is within walking distance on a good day. Our hosts were lovely and Penny recommended a great garden centre called Notcutts (less than a 10 minute drive) which had lots to offer besides plants. We would definitely stay here again!

There wasn't anything we didn't like so we would say don't change a thing. Keep up the good work as the house is lovely and the location is great for accessing Norwich town centre.

Warm welcome.

Such a warm welcome. Really appreciated after a nightmare journey and the somber reason for my visit to Norwich. I really appreciated the care and attention given to me during my stay. Thank you again for allowing the late check out. Would definitely stop again if I returned to Norwich.

The breakfast was delicious, loads of choices and because it was cooked fresh to order, the meals could be tweaked to our liking . Is was a relaxing 20 minute walk into the city centre through lovely leafy suburbs

I wouldn’t change a thing , we were made so welcome. I would definitely stay there again and recommend others to do so too

On arrival there was a warm welcome which instantly made me feel relaxed as a solo traveller. There was plenty of secure parking too. My first impression was how clean and well presented the property was. My room was spacious with a private bathroom which was a bonus. For someone who doesn’t enjoy being away from home this bed and breakfast offers the home away from home feeling that was needed to make the trip more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection and service was prompt which meant I could get away on time for my meeting. Checkout was simple and hassle free.

I had a loud neighbour and the walls didn’t prevent loud voices but not much can be done. Perhaps a reminder to consider other guests but it’s only a minor thing.
