It was 40 sum degrees outside and the heat didn’t work

Room was clean and spacious. Having the option of a 3rd sleeping area when you have 2 kids is wonderful. The bathroom was clean and bright. Staff was very nice.

The pool was really small so it can't hold the number of guests comfortably. The breakfast was tasty but the options were minimal. Would have been nice to have more than sausage to chose from. Also, it would be great if what price shows up on booking com would be what you are charged.

Once again, I had an excellent stay.

My leg was injured as I entered the multi-level Fairfield Hotel in Columbus, IN. I was given Room 133, which is as about as close as possible to the parking lot on the first floor. I have to believe the lady at the front desk took my injury into consideration. Whether or not she did, I had to thank her.

It’s not that I didn’t like this. I simply believe Rooms 131 shouldn’t be closer to the door; 133 should be. There’s just a mistake. :-)

Staff was Excellent! Both Martha & Ali were great at the front desk. Breakfast services were fabulous!

Beds must have had 400 + lb. People sleeping on them, because both queen beds tagged on both sides of the mattresses!😪

A nice room, a nice stay, other than the handicapped glitch.

The breakfast was good. A nice mixture of hot and cold items. The room was exceptional. The location was close to what we wanted to see.

I was supposed to have a handicapped room. Booking.com relayed my message and sent me notice that it was approved. When we checked in the clerk said she noticed my crutches and power chair but she had no notes in her file, so she checked us in a very opposite of handicapped room. No grab bars in the bathroom. A shower rather than a tub. I had a terrible time using the toilet. When we called attention to this, they were sold out and had no room. To change us to. They did get a shower seat for me. I tried calling booking.com and couldn't get through. Also, the wifi was pathetic.

We got a free upgrade to a king suite. The room size was amazing. The property has a great location. The hot breakfast was very nice. The bed was really comfy.

The bathroom needed to be cleaner. The sink had a few dirty spots, and the shower had some hair from the previous guest.

quinceañera

The beds were comfortable, it was clean, and well kept. The staff was pleasant.

The pool was ice cold. They had a quinceañera that was booked until 11 pm. We were there for baseball, so we wanted our son to be asleep early to be ready for his baseball game the next day. The music, while I enjoy a good party, was over the top, and that is all you could hear until 11 pm. We asked for a discount on the room but they were unwavering. For this reason, I will not be staying at this hotel again. The king room was smaller than I was expecting, too.
