Good but not great

The common facilities were clean and inviting. The staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was good and satisfying.

I booked two rooms for our party. In one room, the heating/cooling unit was so loud, it sounded like a motorcycle revving it's engine outside of the window. The other room wasn't completely clean. There was a dirty washcloth still in the shower and something that looked like bloodspatter on the wall. Overall, the one-night stay served it's purpose and we were not dissastified, just not as impressed as we would have hoped for the price.

The staff was amazingly helpful and the location to I 65 was great

There was absolutely NO hand sanitizers that were usable. The shower dispensers were watered down. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were half the size of a normal standard pillow and all balled up in the pillow case!😳

Clerk was not at front desk when I arrived and after waiting five minutes I had to call the provided number to get check in service. The pillows were small and uncomfortable.

The facilities were clean, fresh and very friendly! Breakfast was set up very well with many choices! We had to pull off the highway due to bad weather and were met with very understanding and accommodating staff!

Nice Stay at Thanksgiving

The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable as well as the beds. They only charge you $25 pet fee one time only.

I didn't like the fact that they did not have a sign on the door letting the housekeepers know that we didn't want them to come in yet. Also, on Google when you asked if they have a hot tub at this hotel it said yes it does not have a hot tub at the hotel. Also, the breakfast is not good at all. My husband said that his eggs were like powder and he had sausages that he didn't even really know if it was sausages.

The hotel is in need of updates and maintenance. The bathroom has mold growth on the ceiling. Furniture is worn and not very comfortable .

Good choice for an overnight stay whil driving I-65.

Convenient location near exit from I-65. Bed was very comfortable. Room was well appointed with a large screen TV, desk, large bathroom, and thermostat controlled heat and air. Although I did not use it, facility had a large indoor pool.

Room smelled. Check-in was much harder than it should have been. Breakfast was far below expectations.

Great location for what we wanted to do.

The location was great, in the middle of places we wanted to visit. Only ate breakfast the first morning, disappointed so paid to go elsewhere. You should check out breakfast at Holiday Inn Express - their food is good!

Had requested a walk-in / roll in shower, spouse has bad knees so hard to step into tubs. Evidently plumbing issues, were to be corrected the next day so we could move into that room.....never heard anything about it from staff or management so we unpacked & stayed in the room given, which it was nice except a tub not walk in shower. Our last night there, a lot of running, stomping in the room above us, late hours

Mix feelings about my stay

The location was convenient and overall a nice building.

It was several moments where children was running up and down the hall at different hours of the night. The person above me would stomp at random hours of the night. As for my room the sofa was not clean and the walls had areas that needed to be clean. My door to my room was not clean at all. I’m not sure if it was food or blood on it. It did have spilled fluid stains throughout the door. Unfortunately the water pressure in the shower was non existent and lastly I had the do not disturb sign on my door throughout my stay and I would still come back to find my room had been entered

The lobby was clean the room was spacious and clean the beds were very comfortable -we slept well.

Very disappointing breakfast the water for the green tea we wanted was cold.The coffee weak and tasteless ONLY 1 PITCHER OF 1 type of milk No bowls visible for cereal.We had asked for somebody to clean the room.Nobody came the next day I spoke to the manager who said I will check the log to see if housekeepimg vleaned as if I were lying -not the best way to handle the situation . ON THE log was qritten we had dnd sign on door .My partner says no Perhaps he did however he still should have handled it differently

Excellent Service and Tidy room.

The ambience and size of the room. there is water in the lobby which really helped from being parched. its right by the interstate and easy commute to all our destinations around the city. The staff were really polite and warm. This one person is really sweet and helped us with some questions around. He has the pleasant smile. the breakfast is good.

I have been staying at this property for the last 20 years, visiting it two or three times a year. Initially, this property was top notch with excellent reception staff, high standards of cleanliness and facilities (showers / baths) in good working order. During this past stay, the property is showing its wear and my sense is that property manangement has changed. Front desk service was not as professional as it has been in the past, and a few things in the room needed repair.

My to go place in Columbus indiana

This is my to go to place when visiting my grands and daughter and son in law. The room is clean and I always get the larger room.The larger room has a large king bed and a separate living room. Gives a nice space for the family to visit. The pool is nice and at a great temperature. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I fact going this July in the beginning and then the end of July.
