Got there at 9:20pm. The bar was supposed to be open 5pm-10pm. The bar tender apparently left early and the bar was not open.

Front desk manager was rude and not helpful. We had two reservations and it was a total cluster. Then we did not have any hot water in Room 217. When we told the front desk they said they knew due to construction. Bar was right outside our room and people were loud and noisy until 3am. I will not stay here again.

The first room we were in had a very bad odor. Needed to change rooms which was clean and odor free. Staff was pretty friendly and accommodating. Loved the modern furniture and work area in the lobby. Would be nice if a reasonably priced breakfast was offered. Checked out early and ate off site.

Bed didn’t help with sweating while sick at all; felt like sleeping in pool of it but otherwise good hotel

Wish there was a coffee bar and a continental breakfast. Did not want to pay for a full breakfast. Just like a place to enjoy coffee and toast or fruit. The staff was excellent.

I booked several weeks in advance for a double bed suite with pull out sofa. When I arrived I was given a small handicapped accessible room in the back corner of the hotel with two clearly different sized beds and barely any room to move around. I was there a few weeks prior and had a double suite that was great so this was a huge disappointment. Even though my reservation was made super early I was told no option to move rooms. Additionally my kids swam on the second night. I was told there were zero pool towels clean and also no clean towels for us to shower the second night. I was super disappointed as I wanted this to be my regular Columbus hotel the next couple of years for softball tournaments but it will no longer be first choice. Also, no option to take breakfast to your room and both mornings the only available drink option was coffee. My kiddos can’t drink coffee at 7am. Just strange experience overall.

When we checked we were greeted warmly! Very kind and informative! Loved the room. Very clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I never sleep well in hotels, but I did that night. Will be back!

The front desk person when I checked in was not friendly at all and gave me told me that all rooms in the hotel have the same view when I asked if I could get a room with a good view -- pretty weird because certainly not all rooms would have same view as there were 3 floors and 4 directions to the hotel. But I liked the room I stayed in, quiet and comfortable bed and the bar was great!. I will stay again.
