Rooms were clean. You have to get a code from the desk to operate the TV? That is weird. We had two rooms. The King suite was much nicer than the double room but it was still nice. Staff is very nice. Early morning showers? Water took forever to get hot! Breakfast was fine. The tea selection was delicious! Our room had a sink drain that wouldn’t pop up but otherwise it was a nice stay. Get a burger from Jaggers!

Pool area had no ventilation and was super hot causing a bad chemical smell burning the eyes. Also, our room never got serviced. Overall, wasn’t the greatest of stays. Oh and the ice machine was still broken from a previous stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was shabby and there were stains on the carpet and furniture. The bed and bathroom were clean. The location was good. Lots of restaurants and coffee in the complex.

Great check in, very nice woman at the front desk and she was able to get us into our room early. The room itself was not as expected, very small and just overall outdated. There were a loose tiles, and the shower was not great. Breakfast was well stocked and fine

The room was spacious, it had a couch and chair as well as king sized bed. But there was a damp smell, likely from the AC which was marginal. Upon checking in, the water was off and the crew was working on it. The bed was exceedingly hard and the pillows were flat. It was difficult to stay comfortable with AC issues and firm mattress. I would not be returning to the hotel.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was too small. I was highly disappointed in the breakfast!! The set up was all jumbled up, and the food was ALL boxed/canned/frozen, and the orange juice was super watered down. Fixing that would make it 4 🌟!

I loved this property! Sitting outside on the lake with the geese was really nice. The general manager was very welcoming. The pool was actually heated, unlike many hotels who say that but the heating is always broken. My only complaints were about the room itself. The cleaning staff had not done a very good job and there was still food from somebody’s previous stay in the fridge and microwave. As the microwave was see through and I could see the food as soon as I walked in, it made me realize the cleaning staff was simply not doing their job or is lazy. Makes me wonder what else was not cleaned.

Pillows were excellent. Very soft. Mattress was comfortable. The only complaint i have is the toilet was very loud when flushing. I have to use the toilet a couple of times during the night, and if i had other people with me, the noise from the toilet flushing would have woken them up.

Arrived to a clean and quiet lobby. Grabbed our rooms keys and once we opened the door, we were hit with a smell of mild, mildew and just dampness. Staff was quick to offer two other rooms to pick from. Both had scented plug-ins! Staff stated this has been a complaint for a long time and never taken care of. The closet in our room has damp-rid. Toilet clogged on the first flush! Been an experience.

It was adequate for a one night stay en route to my destination. Room was clean and breakfast was decent. Considering we checked in around midnight and were back on the road around 8:00 A.M, that's what was important to us.

The hotel was nice but room smelled covered up with air freshener that was in room. Beds were terrible hard and lumpy hurt my back. Very tiny room. The bathroom old and outdated. You could hardly fit in shower it was very small standing only shower. Toilet very low to ground hard for an older person to get up !

Although most of the staff that I encountered were nice and helpful, the toilets in the bathrooms are ill designed and mine stopped up twice. It was at 10:30 at night and 3:30 a.m. I was only there for one night. I had family traveling with me and the same thing happened in one of their hotel rooms. They had to have it plunged twice in the same night. They did have a nice spread for breakfast that came with the room. The rooms were attractive, but the toilet experience totally ruined my one night stay. I have reported it to the manager and I'm waiting to see what they are willing to do as far as discounting my stay there. I asked to be moved to another room but they were sold out.

Convenient location and very affordable. The only downside was that the sink faucet in our room dripped or ran terribly after we ran the water and tried to turn it off. The faucet was very loose and definitely should have been repaired before we were placed in that room. Otherwise, the hotel was nice.
