Nice rooms, comfortable beds, everything was very nice.

Everything was nice. My husband tripped and fell on the ground in front of the side door as the sidewalk was uneven. Luckily he is okay and not hurt to bad. Just very soar. Would suggest making the sidewalk more even so people won't trip on it.

Very pleased with my stay. Would recommend.

Location was excellent and easy to access right of the interstate. Value was good, which I was worried about. Pleasant staff. The hallways and room were good and clean. Security cameras in hallways was nice to see. Nothing fancy, but I was pleased with the accommodations. Would recommend to others.

Only two minor issues I encountered were the large gap under the door and caulking around the bottom of toilet. They had replaced the carpeted floors (always so nasty) with laminate (much easier to maintain cleanliness) which left the gap. Would be an easy fix with a strip of rubber. The exterior of building, parking lot and side entrances could use some upkeep, but were well lit.

Very Good!

This was a very comfortable hotel. Our room was spotless. The grounds were good and in spite of there being a lot of people there it was basically quiet. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and I recommend this hotel.

Our room was fantastic! We slept so soundly that night. The bed is very comfortable!! Love that there is no carpet in the room so you know that the floor is clean. The front desk staff was great and accommodating.

I was hoping for a little more for breakfast like scrambled eggs but I had cereal and a yogurt which was just as good. My son had the waffle - his was not cooked in the middle.

The bed was good

$90 price then$20 extra for my pup. Sofa was nasty. Windows and sills were filthy. Bathroom was clean. TV was only advertising and news. Not nice.

Tub did not drain properly. It was also very slippery when taking a shower. No facial tissue. No closet to hang clothes. Had only hooks on the wall. No ice bucket or water glasses.

Honestly, it's very difficult to pick out something that I liked about my stay. The only convenience to the hotel was that it was a stopping point to our final destination.

The room was very uninviting. Being in the room was like staying in someone's basement. There was a couch in the room that was dirty, stained, and had a foul smell coming from it. The shower/tub was dirty. It was hard to get comfortable and relax. Upon entry to the hotel, staff were unfriendly and borderline rude.

Superb

It is located in a great spot 20 mins to nashville and 5 from downtown Columbus which was awesome.. the rooms were newly renovated and very clean. Bed was comfortable sleep so great it was a quite place.

The outside of the property could use some sprucing up. And maybe better pillows.
