The front desk person was rude to us. He told my boyfriend if we were there to party that we would be made to leave. He didn’t want other guests to be disturbed. They also tried to charge my card the day we left for the room again after it had already been paid for the night before when we checked in.

How convenient stores and food was.

How bad the room smelled, the dehumidifier was full and I had to empty it. The pool was freezing the first day we were there. It was also cloudy. Probably needed some kind of chemical treatment or something. The pool area had used band-aid. The staff wasn’t very pleasant.

Overall, our needs were met. We just needed an overnight stay.

Check in/out was very easy. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The elevator was a plus. The parking lot was well lit. The bed was comfortable. The room was well stocked with towels and needed supplies.

Needed a light bulb replaced over the sink. A guide for the TV would have been helpful. An extra chair would have been nice.

Great Hot Breakfast - good variety. Nice Pool Area. Nice outside Patio above a pond. Easy walk to many restaurants. Comfy bed & generous walk-in shower. Staff very attentive.

This was my first time staying at a Sleep Inn. I would stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. I could not get the tv to work. I talked to Kylie at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. She wrote down specific instructions on how to bring up tv guide and select channels. I left the instructions by the tv for the next guest to see. Breakfast was good. A lot of restaurants close by and loved seeing a Circle K next door to fill up for gas.

There could have been more lighting in the room. There were two bedside lamps and a desk lamp.

We booked 2 rooms for our family, both room were listed as non-smoking room but smelled like a chain smoker had been in the room previously. It looked like facility had placed dryer sheets inside the air conditioner to make it smell better but just didn't fix the problem

Uncomfortable bed!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we asked to change rooms when we first arrived. There was a loud family with small children having a WWE experience in the next room. We are old and wanted quiet. The front desk clerk was very understanding.
