we wanted a relaxing get away from home and were very well taken care of here.

Addison greeted us warmly (so did Tripp). The King Suite was very nice. A funky style/furnishings that we aren't used too but really enjoyed. It made the stay unique. The balcony door was really secure and since we stayed on a really cold night, we didn't go out there but it was a cool feature. the bathroom was luxurious with cool features and fixtures -very nice.

Not really a bad thing, you just have to realize the water from the shower handle to the showerhead needs a little more time for the temp to change than you may be used too (due to the physical distance between them).

Perfect location for Columbus architecture tours

Location was perfect for our architecture tours and Columbus visitor center. Room was spacious, clean, and well furnished. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We purchased the room with breakfast included, which meant that we ordered from a menu.

Hotel is being renovated, however, the noise was managed well. Water in the restaurant had an unpleasant taste.

A jewel in the center of a park like setting in the midst of a architectural mecca.

The design of the room is spectacular. Lots of lighting with easy to use controls at hand. The decor meets the standard that makes Columbus IN famous in the architectural world. Gorgeous shower that was easy to control. A great property in a spectacular setting across from a park. The hotel was under renovation, but the disruption was minimal for guests. The bed was comfortable with the perfect mix of linens for the season. The AC was accurate and state of the art. The staff are friendly, caring and efficient. I did not come up with a request or expectation that they did not exceed. Like the city of Columbus IN--a slightly hidden jewel in the Midwest.

I wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Other guests at this hotel said the same thing.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was polite and it was at a convenient location.

The pool was closed. The hot tub was closed. The elevator looks awful like I just walked into a horror movie. Upon entering the building, there is a maxi pad on the ground. I was mortified. Also, the shower was slimy and dirty.

The pool hot tub and lobby were not available for use due to renovations. We booked here with other members of our softball team for the pool and the lobby use and well we were never told they were out of service until checking in..

It was under massive remodeling and we were not told in advance. No compensation for the mess, noise, relocation of restaurant…. Etc.

Disappointing but love Columbus.

The facility was undergoing renovation from the elevators to the lobby to the room across from us. Everywhere! It affected our visit. The website mentioned the renovation but not to the extent of what it was. So I don’t believe the value was worth the price. Very disappointed! But I imagine someday it will be super nice.

They are currently undergoing renovations so there was a very strong smell of paint and it took a long time for the hot water to come on in the shower. Once it is renovated I think the hotel will be great!

Terrible experience in a construction work zone hotel with uncaring and untrained staff. Close property until ready.

This property should NOT be open now while under renovation. Elevators not working due to contractor staff moving materials, all carpets stripped and our room was a mess. The A/C unit in room 416 leaked condensate continuously and destroyed our suitcase soaking wet as well as our grandchildren gift books which we have to throw away from soaked water. Breakfast room a joke. Went out.

Front desk staff totally without training. He could not point out directions to the VISITOR CENTER this morning. Cummins should be embarrassed for hotel Indigo to be its preferred hotel. Please fire the staff or train them. Close this hotel until all construction is completed. Be honest about this property instead of wasting my cash. Shame on you Indigo! Refund please.

The hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location. Staff was friendly. The front desk person who checked me in was great.

The bartender did not know how to make basic cocktails, & he told me this, but he did try and the cocktails were awful. I had to say hello loudly twice to get the front desk attendant to look up from his phone and notice me after standing there awhile right in front of him. Both were friendly, but clueless. Maybe staff needs better training & higher expectations? The bed was so soft if gave my boyfriend terrible back pain. There was no free morning coffee in the lobby for guests, but it was for sale in the cafe.

The small refrigerator/freezer was not only decent but cold, which is so unusual. Decor eclectic and colorful, great location, beds super comfortable and large room.

One of the elevators was broken, but quickly addressed.
