The area was great and safe. Wonderful place to stay if you're going into Nashville for shopping or just visiting the area.

Very disappointing!,,,

Staff was friendly when you could find them. Breakfast was cold eggs and cold sausage patty.

Pool was cold, lights not on I pool area. Whirlpool closed, no sign or explanation. The smell of weed was so strong, in lobby, in hallways, and on elevator. Internet was horrible, could not open apps because of an unsteady connection. We will not stay there again.

The staff was pleasant and professional. The property was clean and the rooms were very comfortable.

I am handicapped and the lower than normal toilets without grab bars are very difficult to navigate.

Very disappointing accessibility.

The location and cost were good. Staff were all pleasant.

I requested a handicap accessible room in my booking notes. Didn't hear back so called a few days later and they had it booked as a regular room. Change was made to accessible with me mentioning the accessible shower was highly important. Checked in and was given an "accessible" room. Room number 237 is NOT an ADA accessible room. Its a standard molded tub, with grab bar. The toilet isn't accessible height, and has no grab bar aids. Much of the building and parking lot were not cane or walker friendly. Our walker got hung up at the front entrance to the building, the elevator, and the bathroom threshold. Broken cement walkways were along the handicap parking.

The location and property were located away from the rest of the hotels.

The building was run down and very unkempt. There was cracks throughout and water damage around floors. The shower was horrible. And the staff was outside smoking most of the time.

Breakfast had powdered eggs, crumbly muffins, tasteless gravy for the biscuit, which also had no flavor. The cereal was stale. The coffee out of the urn was weak

The staff were horrible and rude. They kicked me out of the hotel because my dogs were barking at the cleaning people next door banging the vacuum against the wall. And didn’t give me a refund for the day that I didn’t stay there and made claims that my dogs scratched the wall.

Location

AC was not working in room. It was 80 degrees in the room. My wife was too hot. I couldn't get to sleep. When I did get to sleep it was in the chair. Room finally cooled off around 3-4 in the morning.

The breakfast was very good, kept hot and a good selection of food to please the palette of most.

I had my dog with me who is an emotional support animal and registered as one and was charged a pet fee for him. I did not complain about this but I do not believe a registered emotional support animal should cost extra money to accompany its owner.

The room and bed and pillows were comfortable.

We wanted a hotel with a hot tub and pool. The pool was gross. Had an oily film on the top and the hot tub was broken & full of disgusting water. The front desk guy wasn't very courteous. The room was comfortable enough. Don't know if it's normal or not but none of the trash cans in the room had bags. Then around 11:15 this morning the water was shut off in our room. Couldn't shower etc...When we asked about the water at check out we were told there was a line break or something in another room. We were offered no discount for any of the issues. And won't be returning.

Horrible don't stay here

The main guy was great

The rest of the staff didn't follow through and the maintenance man cussed us out for having to do his job. Rooms ac went out because of a storm and staff said they would hold a room but didn't and we didn't get into our room till 1100 that night.. horrible won't be staying here ever again and we were with our softball team whom had similar issues
