Our stay went well. We had cocktail in the bar in the hotel. The server Megan was great!

We like the location of the hotel. The room was clean!

Housekeeping needs to try a little more

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly

The room wasn’t very clean. The tables need to be wiped down better and the shower had a lot of discoloration and rust. The bathroom counters needed a better wipe down. There was a lot of dust in the rugs and furniture. The smell of deodorants were very strong.

Ok..wasn't best service

Location...but didn't help we requested early check in ..no one got back with us . We arrived at 2pm ..check in is at 3pm . We had a event we came in for and we didnt get checked in until 430pm . So we were late for our event . The front desk wasn't much help .

Amazing and beautiful hotel only thing was breakfast I understand charging for a restaurant style meal but their breakfast options were half the normal options at any holiday inn express & suites I’ve ever stayed at and they have free breakfast? So I really didn’t get that. Just suggesting if you want to use and create a restaurant style option for breakfast great but you have or should make it as such… and no free coffee I mean really?

Everything was a great experience. Loved having a restaurant in hotel and breakfast included was really nice. The food choices for dinner were limited and fettuccine not that good but otherwise an overall great place.

I will not come again

Location is excellent for us The dining area offers afresh breakfast for all guests. The selection is excellent and enough for everyone. The dining staff were professional and caring employees. They really love their job and respect the guests.

The staff were not doing anything to make us be welcomed. Forget daily room cleaning because they don’t offer this service. The cleaning staff did clean the trash baskets and give new towels only . Beds are not touched, floors are not cleaned

A wonderful stay

The clean room, comfy beds, good shower pressure, the sliding door to the bathroom, size of the room, the free breakfast, mini mart, and hotel staff were very friendly.

The only thing that I didn't like as much was the quality of the bacon at breakfast. It was not very flavorful and very thin.

easy access to 65 and places to eat

I asked for a room on the first floor towards the back parking lot and they said there was none available. That came to be a lie. There was like literally eight rooms taken Sunday night. The room I was given was directly below people who made noise all night long. I mean don’t tell me they aren’t available when they are, tell me you are short staffed or something.
