Everything was sooo updated and clean! Breakfast was good.
During breakfast time on both days, there was a creepy guy sitting and watching. He was dressed all in black with gold chains. Played on his phone. Made people feel uneasy. If he was suppose to be a greeter, no smile and didn’t talk. Or was he a strange guest?!

Front Desk workers were so kind and helpful
Please add some umbrellas or a small shelter to the pool area The bathtub drain stopper did not work so it would not hold any bathwater.

Location...but didn't help we requested early check in ..no one got back with us . We arrived at 2pm ..check in is at 3pm . We had a event we came in for and we didnt get checked in until 430pm . So we were late for our event . The front desk wasn't much help .
