Hotels that serve a breakfast from 7 to 9 am just so they can claim to serve breakfast while making the time frame so early that it doesn’t get used irritate me.

Nice place for a short stay.

It was a small place and we were just passing through for the night. But the beds were comfy and the location was nice. And it was sufficient for our layover stop before the second part of our journey started.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like but if you are looking for a pool which I was not, they do not have one.

Note, I'm moderately sensitive to scents. The scent of the cleaning solution was quite strong in the hallway. In the room, it was barely tolerable. Had my visit been more than 2 nights, I would have changed hotels.

Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

It was a good location. It was quiet there wasn’t a lot of noise from outside, which was good. You could sleep really good at night.

It could use some updates like bed sheets. The bathtub was slippery. They need to put something in the bottom of the tub so you don’t slip and fall.

Great value for the money for clean and comfortable room in a convenient location.

It is in a great location and seemed very clean! The bed was pretty comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.

They turned off the AC before we arrived. We didn’t get there until 3am so it had likely been off for over 12 hours. It was very hot and didn’t cool off for several hours so the first night was uncomfortable. Also, they have a no smoking policy, but our last night and morning there was a strong smell of marijuana in our hallway.

Very Basic Accomodations

Location was good and staff responded immediately when we had a problem with the room.

Very basic; no luggage racks, pool, work out room. Loud at night. Front lobby is very unattractive. Phone in room didn’t work. Sheets so worn out they were see through in huge parts, almost holes.

Pleasant and comfortable

The hotel was spotlessly clean with a very convenient location, close to shops and dining options. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was polite and unobtrusive. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay, but the bathroom floor was quite cold, and a bath mat would have made it more comfortable. Otherwise, everything was great!

The locations is amazing! Love it’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores so if you need to get food or grab something last minute it’s super close by. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was always very quiet at night.

There is a smell the try to cover it with something that’s a lemon scent it smells strongly like spices like curry spices is the best I can describe it you can smell it everywhere in the hotel especially in the halls.They don’t give a heads up housing keeping will come I came back and stuff had been moved nothing was taken she cleaned but I was not made aware she would be coming I did inform front desk do not have her come the rest of my stay and she didn’t. I don’t mind house keeping coming but I’ve never stayed anywhere they didn’t give a heads up or said hey just call us if you need something or set trash outside if needed and it will be taken care of I just felt they were a tad rude about it when I called and asked them about it. At night a few people hung out in the hallways it was a weekend which is a lot busier but they would be on there phones or talking but it wasn’t a lot just a few people here and there. but during the week I didn’t see another person at all.

It was clean

The breakfast room had no power we stayed there so our son who is an athlete could have a hot protein packed breakfast before competing all day and that wasn't possible. I would like a refund please.

It is a basic but nice hotel.

More than one person working there. We stood for over 30 minutes waiting for the customer in front of us to rectify some reservation issues. Not the hotel's fault but it was nearly midnight and we were tired.

The lady I spoke with when I checked in at the front desk gave us a free upgrade from a double full to a double queen room. Very much appreciated! The breakfast was decent. It would have been nice to see a bit greater of a selection, perhaps some sausage and eggs, or something similar. However, for the price I booked for, it was a very sufficient breakfast.

the vibe was not totally our taste, maybe a tiny bit dingy, but again, for the price we paid, it was totally fine. Plus, it was just a stop-over for one night before heading to Tennessee, so we were not too picky.

Location

My 4 year old son got sick and had to be taken to the hospital, a week after our stay we were charged $75 when I called about the extra charge I was told it was because there was vomit on the bed cover, which was a small amount and was placed aside. The room was otherwise left in good clean condition.
