Large light apartment with wonderful views across Rennes.

The apartment is on the ninth floor, with two lifts. It is spacious with wonderful views across Rennes. There are plenty of cupboards. Sitting/dining area is large and light with a Television, comfortable sofas and a good size table, there is access onto a large balcony that overlooks the town and river. The balcony has a table and chairs, clothes airer and two comfortable outdoor chairs. Shower room is modern with a shower, sink and washing machine, towels supplied are large and good quality, there is a separate toilet. Kitchen is well equipped with lovely big window which overlooks the town. The two bedrooms are a good size, large comfortable beds with good bed linen. It was very hot when we were there, but there are two fans which helped keep the apartment cool. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Free parking on site.

One of the bedrooms didn’t have a hanging rail, but overall there was everything that we needed for our three day stay.

Cleaning maters. The pillows in the bedrooms and the fabric of the sofa (pillows included) are dirty and smell badly.

The communication with the host was not the best. I sent an email 2 days before my arrival asking if somebody would greet us and where. ( the apartment had a parking space.). I also asked if the apartment would be available an hour before checking. The day of my arrival, I got a message from the host telling me very kindly she would greet me and I could arrive earlier but there were no explanation about the check in and parking. When I arrived close to apartment, there was construction on the street. It was impossible to park. I call the host and she told me she would meet me at the parking lot. But there was no explanation about the location of the parking. I was lost in the neighborhood ( Driving…). Finally, I found the host waiting at the parking. It was not easy because they were different parking lots. Clear explanations about check in and parking would have been a great help.

Flat and location were very good indeed

The arrival was muddled - the rep had changed pick up time without my approval. Some of the utensils required a precautionary wash before use.

Fabulous

This is a large Apartment centrally located providing good basic accommodation. We had a pleasant stay here.

There is no air conditioning and it was very hot at night, even with all the shutters down. There are un-lagged hot water pipes in the cupboard directly outside the main bedroom which makes this much worse. This should be sorted out.

Rennes was a positive surptrise. Thrilling mix of old quarters and new exiting architecture.

Great views. Spacy apartment. Well equipped kitchen, incl small things like salt, peppar, vinaigre and others.

In most apartments there is a lack of hooks for clothes in hall and bedrooms, for towels and cloth. Also in this one.

Appartamento molto confortevole, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Rennes, dotato di parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Vista dall'appartamento splendida. Supermarket fornitissimo a qualche minuto a piedi. Cucina molto ben attrezzata, fino alla macchina da caffè nespresso e alla lavastoviglie. Bagno confortevole e pulitissimo. Non economico, ma buon rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Tutte le informazioni sull'appartamento sono fornite solo tramite un sito accessibile con un QR code, quindi inaccessibili se uno non ha già una sua connessione ad internet. Per trovare le credenziali per accedere alla wifi e connettersi, quindi, è necessario avere già una connessione, il che non è molto sensato, soprattutto per visitatori stranieri che non abbiano un buon pacchetto di roaming. dati all'estero. Un logement dépassant nos attentes !

Logement très lumineux, propre et grand. Tout le nécessaire était à notre disposition (ustensiles de cuisine, mobilier du balcon, serviettes...). Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille.

Ubicación perfecta, apartamento grande y con vistas de la ciudad de Rennes

Nos encantó el apartamento, es amplio y con una ubicación perfecta si viajas con coche ya que está a unos pasos del centro y dispone de parking

No hay suficientes vasos, solo copas para beber, solo una sartén y las ollas no tenían asa con lo cual no se podían utilizar.

La literie parfaite ,La clarté de l appartement, sa situation avec l accès rapide au vieux centre , son quartier calme

Trop peu de vaisselle surtout au niveau des verres et des couverts , pas de queue pour les casseroles et surtout un lave vaisselle très très sale (filtre complètement bouché). Quand au ménage rien à dire sauf le pour le balcon qui est vraiment très sale .
