Ubicación excelente, apartamento muy cómodo para una estancia en Rennes con mobiliario bastante nuevo y decoración cuidada. Cama confortable, cocina amplia y bien equipada. Pese a estar en el centro cerca de una plaza no se oía ruido desde el apartamento. Cerca de comercios y en una zona de fácil acceso con metro y caminando.
El inodoro un poco incómodo. Hay escaleras hasta el apartamento, hay que subir 4 pisos, pero si vas sin maletas pesadas vale la pena estar tan altos y superar el tramo de escaleras para disfrutar de las vistas sobre Rennes.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. My 20 year old daughter said “this is the apartment I dream of”.
It was a bit noisy on the outside square it was adjacent to. The door was difficult to unlock. I understand it is a property under protection under a historical society. Otherwise the apartment was nice and I felt safe,

The views, the convenience, the amenities (clothes washer/dryer combo, kitchen, comfortable bedroom and living space, and the quaint balconies), and the ease of check in and check out.
Worth it if you get the chance and the City of Rennes, especially the central core, is really vibrant and fun.
My one caveat for future tenants is to be prepared for the 5 floor walk up spiral staircase and the very small toilet situation. It did take me 30 minutes each way to get my bags in or out of the apartment, but it was totally worth it. If you have ambulatory issues, be advised, it's great, but also a workout.
