Superb

The two-floor rooms are spacious and very comfortable. It was too good for anybody travelling alone. It would be perfect for two. It is located in the center of Rennes, close to the Université de Rennes and the St. Anne Metro station.

The room is quiet for most of the time. However, on weekend nights, you can hear from the street those who have been drinking yelling. That will stop around 2 o'clock.

Could be much better with some improvement

The apartment is central and close to the metro and restaurants. It’s airy and light

The stairs are a hazard, this should not be allowed for guest accommodation. I am in the hospitality business and this should not be passed as being suitable for guests. The pick up of the keys is at a location that’s 5 min away. Also be careful of hidden costs, the price on booking.com is confusing as it says taxes included but there is an extra charge for cleaning.

Very easy stay. Very quick to get back to one or two queries. Would definitely recommend it.

The location was perfect. City centre. easy walking distance to everything. Typical old french high ceilinged rooms with a graciuous nod to the old brick walls underneath the plasterboard. The apartement is bright, airy, clean and spacious. great views onto all of the surrounding streets. Easy to sit and read and while away the time. Very relaxing.

Collecting the keys from a lock box up the street is not ideal. Tired and everyone just needs ease of access after travelling. Left early in the morning and didn't appreciate poking around in the dark, deserted lane to drop the keys back. You need 2 codes and the lightening is poor, so messing around with phone light and codes sent to your phone. Might be better to just post them through a post box on the apartment door when you've locked the door. Or in a secure box in the lobby as you leave the building. A roll of kitchen paper would be a good addition.

Location is nice. Enough space. Adequate facilities such as kitchen, laundry machine, etc.

No air-conditioner. Entrance of building was graffitied and barricaded sometime. Several stair steps is not leveled.

Spacious bright room for 2 to 4 guests in the heart of Rennes. We love it!

The apartment is spacious and clean. I love the facility provided with the room. The best possible location you can get to stay in Rennes. It is nice for both short term and long term stay. Also, it is in a safe area.

The stairs outside is quite dangerous and dark. The building is old therefore the floor is uneven. However, it does not have great impact to our stay. It is needed to be said for family with kids to be careful when you go up to the room.

Great place but with old building’s nuances

Good location near metro station and in historical centre. Loved how modern interior is “married” to old building. You can enjoy breakfast at the big table. Most sightseeings are in walkable distance.

Building is old and therefore the staircase (could be difficult for some people to get up to 2nd floor). We had road construction works just under the windows and were not informed about it. Works started around 7-7:30am that makes you impossible to rest.

Nice am fully equiped apartment. I recommend it to others especially for the location!

The apartment was in the centre of the city. There is supermarket near and you can find everything you want,as restaurants,bars just by walking. Also there is metro station 50meters away. The house was very cosy and fully equiped. I was excited with the upstairs room. The girl who welcomed us was very kind and nice.

I booked this apartment because there is sofa that comes to a bed,but unfortunately there was a problem with the sofa and it couldn’t be a bed so my dad’s sleep was not very good. I just waited someone to inform me earlier for the sofa but they didn’t and when I ask to fix it they told me that the sofa is unavailable. Also,the apartment was in the second floor and there is no elevator.

Lovely decor and spacious but very noisy outside every night with people out drinking

Very nicely decorated unit with a lot of windows and a plenty of room for 2 people, spacious living and dining area. Very central location in historic Rennes. We almost enjoyed staying here, however it gets noisy at night.

We stayed for a week and there are drunk people outside shouting every night until 3 am, except Monday night. Then beeping trucks start arriving at 5am. We were not able to sleep well because of the noise. We couldn't close the windows because it is warm during summer. We requested for a fan, but it was denied. A few additional notes: there is no dishwasher, and the dishes are washed by the previous tenant, consider re-washing before use. Unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Since there is no AC, leaving windows open lets flies (bugs) into the space, this is normal in the region.

La decoración del apartamento es muy bonita y está ubicado en el centro pero en una calle sin ruido y de fácil acceso a todo. El parking más cercano es el de Hoche que está a 4 minutos andando.

Rue extrêmement bruyante la nuit

La rue est extrêmement bruyante la nuit. Réveillée plusieurs fois par nuit à cause des cris dans la rue, des fêtards jusqu'à 4h et ensuite les camions poubelles et de nettoyage. Un enfer pour dormir. J'ai quitté le logement une nuit plus tôt. La cabine de douche est minuscule, difficile d'y entrer et de fermer la porte
