About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this flat for rent in Rennes, situated in the heart of the city, just a stone’s throw from Sainte-Anne station. It is on the ground floor, has a floor area of 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a fully fitted kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a shower room. Hotel-quality 4* bed linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
- A utility room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: hairdryer, fan, washing machine
The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay-and-display car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Rennes railway station, approximately 13 minutes’ drive away (2 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, approximately 30 minutes’ drive away (8.8 km)

Cosmic A lovely stay at this apartment! The place looks just like the photos and is actually bigger than expected. A really wholesome vibe and great amenities - including washing machine which was super handy. Responsive agency host for check in and out. Would recommend and stay again!

Cosmic The apartment was in the city center, great location and many amenities were provided, overall the apartment was nice but it had some big cracks on the wall and the door size was too short, so you might bang your head if you don’t be aware. But it was a nice apartment.
