The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A functional, fully-equipped kitchen with: oven, microwave, kettle, hob, Nespresso machine, washing machine…
- A dining area seating 4 people,
- A living room with a sofa bed
- A mezzanine with a single bed
- A master bedroom with a 160cm-wide bed
- A shower room with a shower adjoining the bedroom
- A separate toilet
For maximum comfort, a fan is available for your use.
The neighbourhood:
The flat is ideally situated in the very heart of Rennes, close to the Couvent des Jacobins, Place Hoche and one of the city’s main shopping streets. Despite its central location, this property is ideally situated on the courtyard side of a quiet pedestrianised street. With three different sleeping arrangements available, it can comfortably accommodate four people.
Transport:
Buses and the metro are less than a five-minute walk away. The nearest station is Sainte-Anne, just a few stops from Gares station (a 5-minute metro ride away).
If you’re travelling by car, the Hoche car park (chargeable) is less than a 5-minute walk away.
Other notes:
- Cleaning is included in your stay, and you’ll find 4* hotel-quality linen provided, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- Sheets and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)

Le Moulin des Carmélites 2 The apartment looks like the pictures, but it feels a little smaller and more compact than it looks. The location is great -- easy to get to everything in Rennes from here. However, the host is actually a company (Cocoon), and I was a bit frustrated with response times and not having a single point-of-contact when I had questions or concerns.
