Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 14 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

By car: Pay parking nearby (Hoche or Les Lices). Free parking available in the green zone, a 3-minute walk away (rue d'Échange or rue de Dinan).
By public transport :
- Metro lines A & B to Place Sainte-Anne (2-minute walk)
- SNCF train station at 1.8 km
- Rennes airport 7.3 km
