Apparemment cosy et très bien situé

L'emplacement, en plein centre ville ce qui permettait un accès facile au marché, musées et balades

La porte d'accès à la cour intérieure est impossible à fermer depuis la rue (il faudrait une poignée) et des intrus s'autorisent donc à venir faire leurs besoins.

L’odeur de cigarette laissée par un précédent locataire peu scrupuleux mais très vite corrigée par l’hôte, que nous remercions.

Bel appartement mais accès peu accueillant

L’appartement était propre et confortable. La carte de parking est très pratique en pleine ville. Bien pour 2 personnes mais pas plus .

L’accès à l’appartement est très compliqué voir dangereux pour certaines personnes. L’odeur de la cour était pas du agréable . Impossible de cuisiner sans déclencher le détecteur il est trop proche des taques électriques. Nous avons déclenché l’alarme on a dû retirer la pile 😅 La douche est très exiguë. L’isolation sonore n’est pas top … peur de déranger le voisin .

Parfait pour un séjour pro de qlqs nuits à Rennes.

La communication avec le propriétaire hyper fluide, la place de parking réservée, la situation du logement idéale pour une convention au Couvent des Jacobins et au niveau des rues piétonnes. Logement bien équipé. Je recommande.

Très bon emplacement Le studio est très bien et propre Qualité de l’accueil

La location est possible pour 3 voire 4 personnes alors que le matelas d’appoint n’est pas du tout praticable. Nous n’y sommes restés qu’une nuit sur les 2 car impossible de dormir correctement L’appartement du dessus peut parfois être un peu bruyant (on entend tous les mouvements et les voix) mais les horaires pour faire du bruit sont respectés (calme la nuit)

Un week-end sans pluie n’est pas un vrai week-end en Bretagne

L’appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien agencé. La carte laissée à disposition par le propriétaire permettant d’avoir une place de parking /stationnement est un vrai plus et nous l’avons grandement appréciée.

L’accès à l’appartement est ardu et reste difficilement accessible pour une personne âgée. De plus , les pigeons et le risque de se prendre des déjections et ou de marcher de dedans en montant ou en descendant l’escalier est peu hygiénique

La struttura non corrisponde alla descrizione e presenta gravi problemi di sicurezza e accessibilità: • L’edificio non è sicuro: la porta d’ingresso principale non si chiude correttamente e vi accedono frequentemente persone non autorizzate. • Il cortile è in condizioni pessime. • Le scale sono pericolosamente strette e ripide, rendendo l’accesso impossibile per persone con mobilità ridotta — sto viaggiando proprio con persone in questa condizione. • Nessuno di questi problemi gravi era menzionato nell’annuncio. Il divano letto per la terza persona era scomodo, senza materasso o topper ed aveva una sgarra di ferro altezza schiena che lo rende scomodissimo. Inoltre, il proprietario non è stato molto disponibile e non ha mostrato alcuna volontà di aiutare nella gestione della situazione.

La décoration intérieure. La localisation du logement (proximité métro, supermarché, centre historique)

Escalier étroit, glissant en temps de pluie et couvert de fiante d’oiseaux. Matelas du lit pliant trop fin pour se coucher dessus, porte d’entrée trop Basse et étroite pour un adulte. Douche de salle de bain trop étroite et poignet du mitigeur inadapté car se déplace au moindre contact.
