The property was ideally located for visiting Rennes centre.

The noise from outside. The windows were badly insulated and we were woken very early both days by trains and rubbish collections.

Logement occupé quand nous sommes arrivés sur place

Séjour annulé au dernier moment. Une fois arrivés sur place nous remarquons du surbooking, le logement est déjà occupé sur les mêmes jours de réservations. Aucun moyen de contacter le propriétaire, qui ne répond pas à nos sollicitations. Aucune solution nous sera apportée pas même un contact vers une assistance. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une vraie impasse la veille d’un marathon dans une ville où tous les logements/hôtels étaient occupés par des les coureurs.

Appartement très propre, clair, proche de la gare. Literie confortable . De plus, nous avons pu laisser les bagages, au delà de l'heure à laquelle nous devions quitter l'appartement.

4eme étage sans ascenseur, et un radiateur dans une des chambres HS

Superbe séjour à Rennes

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans l'appartement de Paul. Nous étions 5 adultes. Paul était extrêmement réactif et disponible à nos messages. Nous recommandons plus que vivement ce logement !!

Week-end des Transmusicales parfait à Rennes

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (c’était déjà notre troisième fois dans cet appartement). Il est parfaitement adapté à notre groupe de 7 personnes grâce aux 4 chambres, chacun a son espace et le logement est très confortable. L’appartement est vraiment cosy, notamment grâce aux radiateurs, ce qui est très agréable en cette saison. La cuisine est totalement équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, ce qui nous a beaucoup servi pendant le week-end. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Rennes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

L'appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso. Fornito di tutto. Quattro camere grandi e letti comodi. Si raggiunge il centro storico a piedi. Host molto gentile e disponibile.

Gute Wohnung für grössere Gruppen in Rennes zum Erkunden der Bretagne.

Gut ausgestattete Küche. Genügend Nasszellen. Leider zwei von drei etwas klein.

Zwei Zimmer hatten keine Schränke sondern nur Regale. Das macht die Zimmer zwar grösser, aber unpraktischer. Leider im vierten Stock ohne Lift ungeeignet für Personen mit Mobilitätsproblemen und schwerem Gepäck. Aktuell erschwert eine Baustelle den Zugang über den regulären Weg.

Nous y avons passé peu de temps mais avons peu apprécié les escaliers

Sa clarté. Sa propreté

Nous ne savions qu’il s’agissait d’un quatrième étage sans ascenseur. Si cela avait été le cas nous aurions choisi un autre logement. En effet certains d’entre nous avait du mal à monter les escaliers. Une des salles de bain est vraiment très petite Il faudrait changer la cafetière électrique L’environnement n’est pas très beau non plus

Joli appartement bien équipé à proximité de toutes les commodités

Nous avons apprécié la proximité du logement par rapport au centre ville et aux moyens de transport. L'appartement est spacieux, bien décoré et bien équipé. Nous étions 4 collègues de travail et avions chacune notre chambre. Le propriétaire nous a autorisé à disposer du logement avant l heure prévue afin de déposer nos bagages.
