Nice and quiet apartment a few steps from downtown Rennes.

The apartment is spacious and luminous. Nice bedrooms, bathroom and living area. The kitchenette is complete and well equipped. The access to the room is all remotely controlled. We reached the apartment before time and contacted the manager to have early access to the room. It took a while for them to open, but finally they managed, and we could enter about 1 hour before checking time. The area is very quiet and not far from downtown, 5-minute walk

I could easily live in this apartment!

This apartment was perfect for our stay, the size, amenities, location were all amazing. Plus the seamless self-check in and out, along with the digital platform to Manage your booking and navigate all the appliances and info for the apartment was such a good idea! We would come back here in a heartbeat.

If I had to choose something (and this is such a silly something), it would be the lights. They were a cool white which can feel clinical. A warm white would feel more inviting!

I liked that it was very clean and well equipped. And with the nearby metro, it was easy to get to Rennes station.

When we told them we would be 1-2 hours late due to the TGV delay, the staff left and did not explain the room. This made it difficult for us to find our way out of the apartment. However, I don't think we need to worry about it because they were responding to us via chat.

Good, with many room for improvement

Price 10/10. Very good price compared to similar accomodations. Location 10/10. The location is excellent, it's quiet, reachable with the car, with many spots for parking on the street. There is also a private car parking very near. All the historical centre is reachable walking from this location. Facilities 8/10. The description of the apartment on the booking website is precise and complete. The apartment is modern, renovated, clean. Everything is looks and works fine. It is equipped with laundry machine and dishes machine. Also a lot of appliances for cooking, all well maintained. The kitchen is in perfect shape. The double room is spacious. There is a lot of natural light. There are steps inside the apartment, making it difficult to navigate at night. The twin room is extremely small, it would be hard for two people to sleep there, and impossibile to change clothes. The whole layout of the house is bad, with the living room in between the two sleeping rooms. Also the way the bathroom is built does not make much sense, with the sink located in a room different from the toilet. Cleanings 10/10. The apartment was perfectly cleaned, as were all the things inside the apartment.

Staff 4/10. For a 2-night stay, we received 10 (ten) emails from the staff, each long at least 2-3 pages: some important, some irrelevant. It's a lot of material to read, considering that we only needed to sleep for two nights, and a lot of effort to tell apart important and unimportant messages. We had to book an appointment with a person meeting us at the apartment to give us the keys. This was totally unnecessary as we received all the codes to enter the apartment via email/whatsapp. The person was unable to help with the baggages and to answer any simple question, as he only understands French. The mandatory meeting was a loss of time for us and for him. Lights 4/10. There is another building in the front, and no curtains in the apartment. This applies to all the windows in the rooms and in the living room. We had to close all the blinds and use artificial lights to have some privacy. The blinds can be either fully open or fully closed, there is no middle setting; the wind would blow and open/close them if left in the middle. Deposit: 6/10. We left the apartment and received the deposit back 13 solar days after leaving the apartment.

El apartamento es muy acogedor y muy bien equipado. Está cerca del centro y a la vez en una calle tranquila sin grandes ruidos lo que permite también encontrar aparcamiento en las inmediaciones.

Si alguna pega tiene el apartamento es la ducha. Está prácticamente abierta y cuando te duchas cae todo al suelo. Tampoco teníamos nada para poder recogerlo, un simple mocho y cubo hubiera estado bien. Resultó un poco incómodo.

Sin dudarlo lo recomiendo al 100%. Las camas son muyyyy cómodas, el baño tiene una ducha espectacular. Está en una zona muy tranquila muy cerca de muchos restaurantes y supermercados. La atención del personal es buenísima, contestan ante cualquier duda súper rápido. Aprovéchalos nuestro viaje para visitar la Abadía Monte Sant Míchel.

No disponía de aparcamiento, aunque no tuvimos problema para aparcar en la calle. No tiene ascensor y el apartamento está en una segunda planta con unas escaleras un poco estrechas. Pero son las únicas pegas del apartamento.

Charme et confort au cœur de la ville

L'emplacement au cœur de ville, à deux pas du centre des congrès. L'équipement de qualite très complet et bien pensé. La déco de bon goût et la propreté parfaite.

Le fait que l'appartement soit au 3eme étage (mais ça fait faire un peu de sport) La chaleur sous les toits,,,( mais c'était la canicule). Le bruit des fêtards de la rue ( mais c'était la fin de l'année universitaire) Le fait de n'avoir trouvé ni aspirateur ni balai.
