Excellent and comfortable stay and perfect base to explore Rennes

A lovely apartment base for exploring Rennes. Nice layout, comfortable bed with everything we needed for our stay plus good exercise going up and down the stairs too to the 4th floor. Excellent location near many restaurants and the beautiful Cathédrale Saint-Pierre and only 5 min walk to Republique metro.

Perfect location, spacious and comfortable apartment, great for short or extended stay.

Wonderful location, could easily access metro/train station by a walk which opened up many more adventures. The kitchen was fully equipped and allowed us to make use of fresh food purchased at the nearby grocery stores that were recommended by the host. The stairs were not a problem at all, although my sister and I are also young. The apartment was squeaky clean, the bed was very comfortable, and we loved poking our head out of various windows to survey the historical rooftop views. :)

Utterly charming , adorable apartment in a prime location in the middle if the old city. Short walk to all the best restos and medieval buildings that we came to see. Very quiet and private. Loved the views of the rooftops from all the windows. Véronique was a great hostess.

Very close to the weekend market which was amazing. Clean and newly-renovated flat. Wonderful and responsive staff.

Just be mindful of the low beams of the ceilings. My partner bumped his head twice whilst on his way to the kitchen (ouch!)

A great place in the heart of Rennes

It was nice to be in a large one bedroom flat. The layout of the flat works very well too. The heating was good, important in January. I was allowed to park my motorbike in the courtyard, very nice!

The last flight of steps is very steep indeed, but the staircase for the first 3 floors is large and easy. I missed not having a Nespresso coffee machine.

La gentillesse de la propriétaire, la propreté, l excellente literie, l’appartement cocooning dans lequel on se sent tout simplement bien, l’emplacement dans Rennes, la facilité pour récupérer les clefs .

4 étages sans ascenseur mais ce magnifique appartement atypique sur les toits se mérite !

Perfekte Lage, grosse wohnung für bis 4 personen (wobei nur 1 doppelbett plus schlafsofa). Gute ausstattung, sauber.

Alles gut, man muss jedoch wissen, dass die wohnung im 4. stock liegt und es keinen lift gibt. Würde eher keine schweren koffer empfehlen.

Nous avons apprécié - le Cocooning de l appartement, son équipement,le cachet de l ancien rénové sous les combles - Son emplacement idéalement situé en plein coeur de la ville, près du marché exceptionnel le samedi - la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire Il faut être en forme car cela nécessite de faire un peu de sport avec les 4 étages 😉

Manque un gel douche et shampooing. Au-delà du 4ieme étage, attention au dernier escalier très raide.
