Cocoonr is offering this charming, fully-equipped flat for rent in Rennes, right in the heart of the Mail. Situated on the 2nd floor, it has a floor area of 70 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
It comprises a fully fitted kitchen, a sitting area, a dining area, two bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. 4* hotel-quality bed linen is provided, with the beds made up on your arrival. We’re just waiting for you!

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: dishwasher, hairdryer, washing machine…
Right in the heart of the Mail neighbourhood, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere and zest for life that characterise the area. You’re close to all the amenities you need – supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a 100-metre radius – and the town centre is just a 5-minute walk away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay-and-display car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Rennes railway station, approximately 7 minutes’ drive away (1.6 km)
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, approximately 18 minutes’ drive away (6.6 km)
- There is a bus stop 150 metres from the building. You can also choose to travel by metro by going to the République stop, which is 10 minutes away.

L'Ecrivain "Lovely apartment in a great location
🙂 The location was fantastic and it was a very comfortable apartment, with good views. We enjoyed being so close to the centre of Rennes and having a supermarket a very short walk away. Check in was easy and Ghazal was very friendly and helpful.
🙁 Lacking a few kitchen items but we made do with what was there."

L'Ecrivain We loved our stay here, the check-in was lovely with Anabelle who was so helpful! The location is amazing so close to the city centre, in a nice area near to the river and lots of bars. The apartment itself was so comfortable and spacious, we would definitely stay again.
