Excellent location, nice wee apartment

Excellent location in the old town close to lots of shops and cafes, small but well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice shower, lovely views from all windows! Other reviews seem to mention noise; but we found it okay even on Friday/Saturday nights in August it was only gentle noise from restaurants near the flat (note it was not student term time so may be different at other times of year).

One of the chairs at the table was broken before arrived and not possible to sit on - we contacted the agency and they said they couldn’t replace it as they had to order another, so we couldn’t both sit and eat together at the table which was a shame. Stairs were very steep and narrow - not suitable for big suitcases!

It’s a superb place to stay if you love oriental places its in the heart of the historical places, many Restaurants around to eat, the entry for the studio with code you should receive before arrival, very easy instructions, my only comment beside the narrow stairs (which is part of the experience of historical places in France) is the mattress was sinking in one side 😅, but I managed, its a beautiful place I would book it again

Un changement incroyable dans mes habitudes

L'emplacement était très bien situé. Le confort était au top. L'équipe était très disponible. Le logement était vraiment très bien pour son prix et sa qualité.

Il y a une prise un peu défectueuse à cote de la porte d'entrée, n'hésitez pas à la changer. L'escalier est un peu trop étroit pour passer avec des bagages larges mais c'est faisable :)

Très bien situé, propre, confortable et bien équipé, malgré une isolation de l’entrée perfectible.

Séjour très agréable au T-Colors Pink à Rennes. Le logement est très bien équipé, parfaitement propre et soigneusement décoré, avec un vrai sens du détail (linge de lit et pour la toilette. La cuisine est belle et fonctionnelle (café et thé fourni), la salle de bain très bien équipée, et la literie confortable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment appréciable, même sur plusieurs nuits. L’emplacement est un vrai point fort : très central, idéal pour faire les boutiques, se déplacer facilement à pied ou en transports, avec le métro République à proximité immédiate. La rue est globalement calme, ce qui est un vrai plus en centre-ville. Un logement bien pensé, esthétique et confortable, que je pourrais recommander sans hésiter pour un séjour à Rennes.

Le logement est de très bonne qualité globale (propreté, équipement, décoration, emplacement), mais mon séjour a été entaché par une déception à l’arrivée. Lors de la réservation, j'avais choisi un studio avec chambre en mezzanine, ce qui n’était finalement pas le cas. Le logement obtenu ne correspondait pas à la description que j’avais vu au moment de la réservation. Il faut donc s'assurer du logement car il y en a plusieurs. Par ailleurs, si le logement est très bien isolé vis-à-vis des voisins, la porte d’entrée mérite clairement une amélioration : elle est peu isolante phoniquement, et les bruits de la cage d’escalier sont très présents, donnant parfois l’impression d’être dans une chambre donnant directement sur un espace commun. Une porte plus épaisse, sécurisée et phonique serait un vrai plus. Un logement de qualité, mais avec quelques points à ajuster pour être parfaitement à la hauteur de ses prestations.

Très bien situé et bien équipé

L emplacement est idéal pour une escapade en centre ville de Rennes. L'appartement est très joli. La cuisine est bien équipée, les dosettes à café et sachet de thé un peu plus très agréable. Le contact avec l'agence fut efficace et sympathique notamment pour une gestion de problème de canapé.

Le canapé est abîmé et peut s'avérer dangereux. Il manquait les tables basses.

Beau logement

Le logement est bien situé, propre et bien agencé.

2 points qui ne concernent pas directement le logement. La cage d'escalier est vraiment très petite, avec une ou deux valises, ce n'est pas facile d'accès. Pas de chance pour nous d'avoir loué en pleine canicule. Un ventilateur aurait été le top du top.

Appartement chaleureux

Emplacement parfait, quelque nuisance le samedi soir mais comme partout dans le centre. Décoration chaleureuse. Disposition du mobilier bien pensée.

Des assiettes et verres pas très propre. Quelques cheveux ici et là. Connection wifi cata. Pour les poubelles il faut aller à droite et non pas sur place du Calvaire.
