We offer you to rent this charming duplex apartment in Rennes. It is entirely renovated with top-of-the-range services. It has a surface of 84 m ² and can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
Exposed beams, stones and bricks will seduce you! High quality bedding, quality furniture, professional appliances and careful decoration combining old world charm and modern comfort.
Located on the first floor (without elevator) of a small condominium overlooking a courtyard, it consists of a nice living room of 32 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms all equipped with a TV, a bathroom (with shower) and a separate toilet.
A common laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available in a room located in the courtyard of the building.
The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Level 1 :
- A living room of 32 m² with connected TV (MyCanal, Netflix...)
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A double bedroom (140x190)
- A separate toilet
Level 2 (accessible by stairs - Not suitable for people with reduced mobility)
- Two bedrooms with double bed (140×190) and TV
- A shower room
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the Lices market on Saturday morning.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park at the Lices parking lot 150 meters away (paying parking lot).
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest subway station: subway Sainte-Anne at 200 meters
- Nearest train station: 2 km
- Nearest airport: Saint-Jacques-De-La-Lande 7.2 km
