The Cocoonr agency in Rennes offers this spacious 100 m² flat, renovated at the end of 2023, which comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 separate bedrooms / 1 bathroom (bath + shower). The flat is on the ground floor, not overlooked, and can easily accommodate people with reduced mobility (only one small step to climb), although it does not meet PRM standards.
The Havane flat has the following layout
- A large 50 m² living room with fitted wardrobes (integrated washing machine with dryer), comfortable dining table for 6 people, television area with armchairs and 2 3-seater sofas.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, Nespresso capsule machine and espresso machine, electric coffee maker, etc.).
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160 x 200) and large wardrobe/closet
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 x 200) with large wardrobe and desk area
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (80 x 200) (the beds can be moved closer together to make a double bed).
- Bathroom with double washbasin, bath and walk-in shower with rain shower, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
