Terrific place for staying in Rennes

Very neat and good place, close to all sorts of facilities and stores, which is very important for travelers. Price is decent to the quality of stay. Nice and welcoming host.

The stairs next to the bedroom is kinda noisy when the family upstairs came back at night. Understandable though for typical wood stairs and floors in France. Cleaning detergent is absent but not a big deal.

Great localisation, city centre but shielded from the noise. It is a street level apartment so kind of funny vibe. Great contact with the agency.

Humidity and funny scent (not a big issue, I guess it is a general issue at the older building). Definitely too small for 3 persons (for 2 it is ok).

Loved the location but wouldn't stay at that unit again.

The location of the apt was great. The staff were great in spite of some difficulties with apt.

We were two senior ladies traveling thru France. We booked all our rooms with the request for two separate beds. In this apt one bed could not be used as it was literally a bunk bed with a ladder which neither of us could accomodate. We also did not know there were 45 steps up to the apt and with our luggage and one having breathing difficulties it was very difficult. These things should be mentioned in the advertisement. However the staff we dealt with was wonderful. They tried to get us another unit but it wasn't available until the next day. We were booked for 3 nights and paid for 3 nights but left a day early due to the above mentioned difficulties.
