Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Rennes, this beautiful T3 of 50m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no elevator), this fully renovated flat has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom.
The flat is composed as follows :
- A living room with sofa, armchair, TV and dining area for 4 people.
- A modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with toaster, oven, coffee machine, microwave, etc.
- A shower room with shower and double basins
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by.
Activities:
- Lices market every Saturday
- Walks: Parc du Thabor, Parc des Tanneurs and the meadows of the Canal Saint-Martin
Transport :
- If you come by car, you can park close to the accommodation in one of the paid parking lots.
- Located 300 m from the Sainte-Anne metro station and 200 m from the Chezy Dinan parking lot, with a pedestrian exit opposite the building.
-Bus routes are also just a few minutes' walk from the building.
Other remarks :
- Housekeeping is included in your stay, and you will find 4* hotel quality linen at your disposal, with the beds made up on your arrival.
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free WiFi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
