– An east-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
The flat is ideally situated in Rennes, in the iconic Bourg-Lévêque neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and various transport links.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park (1 vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest airport: Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande Airport, 9 km away
- Nearest railway station: Rennes station, 3.5 km away

Le Trégor Large, bright apartment with lovely view over to the old town. For a long stay like ours there were some areas that need attention (raised with agency), would be brilliant for shorter stays.

Le Trégor The location was great but the apartment is dated and we didn’t have good experiences with staff when checking in or out. We waited 45 minutes after our arranged time to be greeted but the person didn’t even know where the car park entrance was or how to open the door. It all took 1.5 hours. At check out we were approached by the cleaner in the car park to tell us to check out an hour earlier than was on our booking. Nobody spoke English so it was difficult to communicate.
