Cocoonr offers this beautiful 50 m² flat for rent in Rennes, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the first floor (no lift) and completely renovated on the foundations of a historic building, this beautiful flat has a lovely living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The flat is made up as follows :
- A living room with sofa, dining area and flat-screen TV
- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer and all small appliances (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.)- Bedroom 1 with king-size bed (180x200)
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds- A shower room featuring a large walk-in shower, a dekton vanity unit and bathroom sink, illuminated mirror with various functions, a heated towel rail and a wall-hung WC.
The apartment is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

Transport :
If you come by car, you can use a private, secure parking space at the foot of the building.
