Lorgeril is an apartment ideally located in a quiet street, in the city center, between the Bourg-l'Évêque district and the Mail François Mitterrand, a major place of conviviality in Rennes. This two-bedroom apartment, which can accommodate 4 people, is located a few minutes walk from the historic district and one of the main arteries of the city, filled with large terraces opening onto a wooded area. The perfect place to come and take the pulse of the city, have a drink, shop for organic and local products on Wednesday afternoons and play local games, such as the shuffleboard.
This 65m2 apartment has an entrance leading to a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with: traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and all of the crockery and utensils for the kitchen.
