Le charme du logement, la position à Rennes, les équipements à disposition. Avec la chaleur actuelle j'ai trouvé les logement parfait pour ce mettre un peu "au frais" dans la journée. Pas de nuisance sonore. Très bien pour une famille.
C'est bateau mais la montée jusqu'à l'appartement les bras chargés ca fait un peu de sport ^^

The location on the apartment is prime, and it is a very nicely renovated flat.
The number of steps might not be ideal for people with large/heavy luggage although it is manageable.

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Wohnung sauber und ruhig.
Es hätte allerdings geholfen, vorab zu erfahren, dass die Wohnung im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl liegt.
Ein historisches Haus im historischen Stadtzentrum ist natürlich schön, aber das Treppenhaus schmal, unsaniert mit vielen Treppen, was das Tragen von Koffern erschwert.
