Le Point d'Orgue

Très bon séjour de 4 nuits à Rennes. Appartement lumineux, confortable et bien équipé. Lit très confortable et douche agréable. Le propriétaire est particulièrement gentil et accueillant. Je recommande vivement ce logement et y reviendrais avec plaisir.

La localisation est parfaite, en centre ville, dans la vieille ville. La communication avec le propriétaire a été bonne. L'appartement est spacieux et pratique.

La literie mériterait grandement à être changée. Le matelas est ancien, déformé et très inconfortable. Il y a un bruit de claquement qui se met en route vers 4 heures du matin (chauffe-eau? Radiateurs?), qui se répète toutes les 15-20mn jusqu'au matin et rend le repos/sommeil bien compliqué. L'occultation complète des fenêtres n'est pas possible.

Location was great, central to historic sights, shops and restaurants. The host Eric was amiable and met us with instructions to access the apartment. Eric also gave us free tickets to the opera which was very appreciated. The apartment itself is characterful, historic, spacious and has all the appliances necessary for a short stay.

Unfortunately for us the appartment was run down and in need of some general maintenance. For example the kitchen tap was loose. Peeling paint in the shower. The bed is propped up so collapsed during our stay. The pillows are very poor. The net curtains offer little privacy as the bedroom is open plan. The ‘boasted outside space’ is really unusable as pigeons have taken over.
